Subway — Restaurant in Tucson

I built my own sub and if I do say so myself I did a pretty good job. Seriously though, I wish I would have gotten the names of the employees working. They were fantastic and had loads of patience. My daughter and I went into Subway at 17:30 (5:30pm) on 01/27/2025. I hope I have narrowed things down. My contacts were extremely cloudy and it was getting dark. I can't see to drive very well at night and my daughter doesn't drive. I might have seemed hurried and a bit moody to the employees there. They handled it with class and dedication. I am so sorry if I seemed a bit cross. My sandwich was delicious and I will definitely be back in a better mood. It's no excuse, I could have asked but I didn't know if you could still build your own sub with the ingredients you wanted or if the menu changed to what was suggested. With the patience of everyone who works here and the quality of the food, I can't wait to come back. This franchise is better than the expensive place...

If I could I would give them no stars.. the most horrible experience every.. from the first time I walked in to 5 mins after I left.. customer service was horrible the management was even worse.. waiting for corporate to call me back.. they over charged me for one.. this was the main reason for everything started.. to much to even get into detail I would be here all day.. I hope everyone pays attention to how they are being charged and don't call them or ask them because you will be wrong. They were always right. Might as well to corporate and skip management.. then management text me saying they did over charged me if I would like to come in tomorrow and pick up my money up.. Which is another inconvenience I have to go out of my way to even get my money they took that they argued with me about for 10mins that I was wrong.. plz I hope everyone stays away from this subway for awhile until they can get some new employees and management in their. This is not simply A Subway it is THE Subway. The service is pretty amazing and we often go in nights but sometimes during the day too. I am a vegetarian and they always make me custom sandwiches that are very good. I always make a veggie and cheese sandwich. They tend to give out cookies with certain meals. An example would be double meat or double cheese gets you a free cookie. Is there a tastier cookie than a free one? Tonight I had an avocado and tomato sandwich as you can see and it was delicious. Mason works there a lot of nights and is always very helpful and makes great sandwiches obviously. There is a girl there too during the days and she is great as well. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name I will update it with hers soon though as I am here often. The location is kind of slow so I'm hoping more people will stop in.
