On this trip to Tucson I was hoping to visit a store I had visited on my last, but it was closed. Boy am I glad it was. I found Native Rainbows through Google and plugged in the address. Upon arrival I wasn't sure I was in the right place, but I got out of the car anyway. I was quickly met at the door by Karin, the owner of this beautiful place. She welcomed me and my companions and left us free to wander. Her store is beautiful, with breathtaking pieces everywhere you look. Karin is so welcoming and kind and all the merchandise in the store is simply beautiful. Her assistant Bobbi was extremely patient as she allowed me to take my time and test the many flutes they had in stock, which were all beautifully crafted. I also greatly appreciated that they were created by Indigenous people (as were all the items in the store) and not mass produced. We were looking for a shop, but she works out of her house. It is best to call ahead to let her know you are coming, and park parallel to her garage, so as not to obstruct the neighbors.
