We ordered the honey chicken biscuit and the croissant sausage meals. Now on their board the price shows for a combo for the honey biscuit at $3.89 and hen the sandwich is $6+, the sausage croissant showed $4+ for combo and $6+ for sandwich. I asked the cashier Genevieve I believe if her combo prices were correct, that the combo is $3.89 for the chicken biscuit and $4+ for sausage croissant, she looked up at the board and replied "yes they are correct" so again I verified that the price under the combos were correct and again she said "yes they are correct". Well the board shows one price and we were charged different price. Now logically I know the combo price is higher, but hen your employee tells you the price on the board is correct, then charges you more, a person wondered if she even listened to what i asked her!!!??? When we received our order my coffee was cold and old. Being a coffee drinker I can taste when coffee is fresh and when it is old. I went up to counter and asked another individual if she could heat up my coffee, (she had red hair with yellow stars on her face), she instead of heating up my coffee made me a fresh hot cup. Read moreI was there a couple of weeks ago and used the Wendy's App to order ahead and take out. I ordered a burger with no cheese. When I picked up my order, I checked it out and saw there was cheese on the burger. When I mentioned it to the employee, they called in the Manager (which seemed unnecessary in the first place) and I told the manager the issue, the Manager then yelled to the employees "we gotta remake this burger because this guy doesn't know how to use the app!", but clearly in the app I selected no cheese, as I can still look at my order history and see that I placed the order 100% correctly. I've used the app many times before without any issues, but now I'm being blamed/embarrassed for something that I had zero fault in. It may have been a technical issue with the app (not a great app), but still not my fault. So I'll just avoid this location from now on, I've had good luck at the Broadway location where they have much nicer employees.

Anybody who uses the app knows you need to pay ahead of time, so I was confused when I got to the window and was told I still owe money. I didn't want to hold up the line, so at first I just I handed over two $1 bills before examining my receipt. I found that an "extra bacon" charge had been added on to my order after the fact.
I showed the manager my digital order receipt and pointed out how it didn't match the physical receipt I was given. He said something about how he didn't get why I was upset because I "got the discount". Yes, I used one of the offers in the app-but that wasn't what I was complaining about. I was complaining about being charged extra for something that I showed proof of having not ordered. They said "we just charge you for whatever comes up on the screen".
