When you order online for pickup it defaults to a 20% tip. Absolutely ridiculous. It should give an option to leave a tip, not default to it. And there’s not even an option to leave no tip unless you manually type in zero. If you’re not looking for it it will be easily missed. Sneaky and dishonest. You don’t get a tip for doing your job. If you provide great service I’ll tip you afterward. That being said, I paid an extra $1 for extra cream cheese on my breakfast sandwich and instead of them just adding it on, they gave me a little cup of cream cheese on the side. So you’re telling me you’re asking for a 20% tip and I have to deconstruct my own sandwich and add my own cream cheese?...

The espresso here is delicious and is brewed from their own freshly roasted coffee beans (roasted at their other location in Tucson), which are also available for purchase in store or online. I did not order any food, though they did have some tasty looking pastries and have a kitchen capable of serving up various salads and sandwiches.

No line and things seemed pretty chill. The counter clerk seemed tired or out of it - she asked somebody else to help us. The next counter helper was, simply put - in the wrong business. Our pour overs were made but when we received them neither were close to hot. We also order a cherry turnover - It was possibly the worse turnover we have ever eaten.
