Quick and efficient. My only problem is you have to tip in cash and I don't always carry cash. Other wise I would have given enough 5 stars. You should really change that. I would go more often. Until then I only go when I have to. Bigfoot Java gets your business at least 4 times a week from me because they let me tip on my card! Do customers a favor and the people that work for you a favor and allow them to be tipped on debit cards. I worked as a server for over 30 plus years. We lived on our tips. Seriously Starbucks are you that selfish??? People who work on the service department often get treated badly by customers and the companies they work for. They work the hardest to make everyone happy at least give them there much deserved tips. Until then I only come in less than 4 or 5 times a year when I could be at Starbucks 4 times a week! I came in and waited 5 minutes for my mobile order while I watched people walk in and order at the counter get their drink and leave. I asked an employee about my drink and was told “we are behind so we haven’t gotten to it yet.” Waited 10 more minutes and watched more people come in and order at the counter and leave. I again said something because at this point I am the only person waiting and nobody seems concerned about it. I approached the same employee again. They ask if I am waiting for the 1 drink. I say yes and then they put my drink in the mobile order area and says nothing else. How long had my drink been sitting there? Why was it not put out as ready? Also my drink was not made correctly but at this point I had to wait almost 20 minutes and have to go onto my next destination. I am staying at the Ramada a few miles away for work; I took an Uber to this Starbucks because their website said they are open 24 hours.
What I didn’t see on their website is That the drive thru is 24 hours; not the lobby.
I arrived 10 minutes before they open at 5; an employee came outside to smoke about 7 minutes until opening.
She informed me they open at 5, I expressed to her That it was freezing outside and I didn’t have a car to wait in because I took an Uber.
She agreed it was too cold to smoke & went inside leaving me to shiver alone in the cold.
If it were me, I would have allowed the customer to wait inside.
When I did finally get in I was met with a snooty employee taking my order, whom clearly didn’t want to Be there.
