Staff is great. The drive thru lady is great, I come to this TT instead of Renton. I recently came here with my family and we ended throwing everything out. The quality has seriously gone down. The tater tots had a weird aftertaste. The meat tasted old and tasted funny, not to mention how it was mostly tortilla taco. We thought something was wrong and just threw it all out and went to a Mexican restaurant. Highly disappointing, this will be my last time going to any Taco Time, they all have this problem of poor tasting food quality now and its not worth paying these prices for bad quality and they charge for ranch again.

I’m a vegetarian, came here for a quick bite. Ordered the fiesta plate without meat. I am a huge sucker for excellent customer service and I was delighted by everyone here. The cashier lady was so polite and said ‘sorry that took a little longer’ and good bye and thanks for coming. All this at a fast food place is just amazing! Keep up the good work guys!!

Customer service is top notch here, really great. Fast, friendly, and accurate ordering. Large, very clean dining area. Custom Coca-Cola fountain drink machine. Food was great tasting and hot, without a wait. House salsa was perfect. Fresh ingredients all around. Do not hesitate to visit this location.

We used to love coming to this location - the service was great and the burritos were full!

Lately, they been getting stingy w the salsa and shrinkflating the chix burritos.

And then today, we ordered 4 meals and I asked for the salsa and they gave us only 3. The chix burritos were depressingly empty, and the dealbreaker was that we found a hair in one of them! We hit the drive thru, so at that point what are you gonna do. None of those issues alone is a big deal but when they all come together like that it really ruins what WAS an awesome experience.

We used to look forward to going here as a treat! It’s locally owned, kinda quirky food, and I love the fact that almost everything is compostable! But, if the food has become sub par then none of that other stuff matters and we’ll come here...

Making delivery drivers come in to the store to pick up an order when there’s nobody in the drive-through is a ridiculous policy and it just makes no sense. It’s just gonna make Delivery drivers not want to deliver your customers food. We’re supposed to be Delivery PARTNERS. Get your crap together its 2025 and delivery is only going to increase. Did I mention it is just absolutely rude. Order sitting there on the counter 3 ft from the pickup window and I had to walk inside to get it instead & still had to wait for an employee THE SAME person from the drive thru that just had to uncomfortably tell me to come inside. Nonsense. Last order I ever accept from Taco Time & I know I am not alone. Read Reddit delivery driver subreddits & you will find just about every driver will slowly boycott...

Since moving away from the Pac Northwest in 2015, I make it a point to stop in at a Taco Time to dine in at least a couple times each trip back to the area - about a half dozen Taco Time visits each year. Quality of the food is consistently excellent every location I visit. This Tukwila location and Kent East hill location are my most frequent stops. The service at the Tukwila location is EXCEPTIONAL. My favorite go-to menu item is the Veggie Soft Taco, which is a very satisfying meal unto itself. I recommend their hot sauce, which I consider to be an excellent medium-spicy salsa, as a condiment.
