Cream Base — Restaurant in Tulare

Awesome little place. Been to a similar one in Clovis. My wife got estática the moment she found out we had one in our neighborhood and she’s been hounding me ever since. I finally gave in and planned to take her to visit. The hype is just as good. Can’t say one rolling ice cream place is the same as the next. It’s only my second one I’ve been to.

They have a variety of hand selected mixtures that they have concocted themselves. Also have the option to create your own. Along with the Ice cream you have a chance to have a crepe as well and if your hungry for tacos that’s available next door.

The ice cream was pretty good. We went with the Tiramisu. Full of flavor and kept frozen until the very last bite. Looking forward to...

The workers here are really kind! It’s a really good vibe here, and i definitely enjoy my time whenever I come.

Their crepes are to die for, I 100% recommend getting one. And they’re pretty big, depending on how hungry you are or can even be shared with someone else. My all time favorite crepe is the Peach Thjngs crepe, but you can never go wrong with the classic.

Their ice cream is really good too, pretty unique. I recommend the Banana Effect, the plain chocolate, or the cookies and cream. The cookies and cream has a really great taste, it doesn’t taste like the other generic cookies and cream.

The rolled ice cream was really good, i got the #4 Malibu (dole pineapple with shredded coconut). I enjoyed watching them make the ice cream masterpieces :) the staff was friendly & the shop had a cute vibe to it however since there was a few families in there, we weren't able to take a seat and couldn't enjoy our our cream there so we took it to go. It is a bit steep @ $9 for a small & $10 for a large, but we figured it was a nice once in a while treat. Another plus is that they also have a little set up with iced water & cups for you to have....
