Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Tulare

I had sub par experience at this Dominos tonight. I ordered online like I usually do for pickup and drove to the store expecting my order to be ready when I got there. When I got there only confusion occurred and I ended up waiting over 20 minutes extra time while probably 7-8 people came in after and picked up their food as they got there. In the end I wouldn't have been too upset except for the fact that the employee's didn't have any thing provide me for this delay in service which I expect if I am waiting this long to receive the product when it was promised as I arrived. Making it right for the customer should be a high priority and it really makes me question whether I want to continue to go here or go somewhere else for my pizza cravings. Very disappointed, went online to order because they better deals, which they didn't mention when called found out from a friend that was listening to me order, anyhow went online ordered and there was a glitch in there computer which they admitted because there was a message online that left the store number for me to call and place the order, so I did,,but they said that they couldn't give me the online price which by the way is half the price of calling in the order because of coupon, I explained to them that this is what they directed me to online, asked to speak the manager, but he said he was too busy to talk to me, asked for corporate number or the franchise owners number, but guess what, no one...

Honestly, zero stars would be more reasonable. The online coupons didn't work, so I called the store. A team member picked up and stated they don't control what happens online, so I requested the manager. The manager then made excuse after excuse stating they don't control the coupons as well and don't have them in store. All of a sudden, finds one of them. Further issues arrive when his 5th grade math skills were put to the test (not up to par unfortunately), then miraculously finds the second deal but still can't math. Better off at a different location, different business or a different manager that's passed...
