Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Tullahoma

Dairy Queen in Tullahoma has been around, to the best of my knowledge, 50 years or more. Yet they have kept their facility clean and modern through the years. I particularly like the ice cream cakes and the soft serve chocolate dipped cones. I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality of their regular food offerings, including their hamburgers and crinkle cut fries. Instead of just a great place to go for ice cream, my family and I now regularly pick up lunch or dinner there. The dining area is clean and comfortable and we eat there fairly often. I went there to get dinner one evening and didn't check my food in the Drive-Thru because they've never gotten my order wrong. I went on to work to get there to only find that they had put everything on a burger I had ordered and I have allergies to some of the food. About an hour later I was able to go back and talk to one of the managers and she was really great took my food gave me what I ordered and also gave me a refund for the inconvenience of me having to run back to the store. I was not expecting that and that went above and beyond the service. So they get a five-star rating for being so...

So I waited in the drive threw line for 30 minutes with one car in front of me not only did I watch my ice cream sit in the window for 10 minutes melting I got the wrong drink had to turn around because I'm like the only person in the south that hates sweet tea then when I get home this is my ice cream melted in the trash it went great so not only did I have to wait forever I also didn't get anything out of the whole time I spent there oh and also I ordered a small vanilla ice cream and I got an ice cream cone ... But one good thing everyone working...
