Subway — Restaurant in Tullahoma

We pulled up mid-morning to order a bite to eat but if the "open" sign had not been on we would've thought it was closed. They were indeed open and the guy who served us was very friendly and the food was good. It was extremely quiet in the restaurant and no one else was there. It was a little weird but I'll go back bc the quality of food and service was not disappointing.

Update: A couple months ago I ordered for lunch in the app. The app is super easy to use and alleviates having to pay upon arrival. The main reason for my ordering in the app though is to save time. I ordered my lunch while still at work - just a few blocks away. I timed it so that I could clock out on my lunch break and go pick it up quickly and maximize my short break. But when I got there - I ran in to pick up and there was a line of about 5 people. The sign for pick-up is directly over the cash register, and they don't have it readily available with your name on it out front so you have to wait in line to pick-up. They need a better system for pre-paid mobile orders to pick-up...

I have always used this Subway because it's close to my house. Today I was really let down by their service and their poor sandwich making. The man that usually works in there has always given me great service and made really good sandwiches. Today it was his wife she acted like she had a attitude from the beginning then she sloppily through the sandwich together I asked her to please spread some dressing out towards the edges of the sandwich cuz she just locked it in the middle and it was only oil and vinegar she poured it in the exact same spot. Then when she went to fold the sandwich together everything was just falling off to the sides she didn't even try to fold it up and when I told her that was not okay with me that I didn't want that sandwich and that her husband could make my sandwich and not her she walked behind him and said something derogatory I'm pretty sure about me in Indian. Womens bathroom needed much attention.

This is the third time that the young kids running the afternoon/evening shift have been out of multiple breads. This visit they only had white & Italian herb & cheese.

My husband said he wanted mustard and the female employee quickly add mustard & then put mayo on his sandwich as well. Not listening well to the customer request. My husband is not soft spoken and speaks very clearly.

This location was also out of pickles & this is not the first incident in the past few months they have been without veggies. They also scraped the bottom of the barrel for my husbands tuna sandwich.

We are not ones to normally file a complaint but we both feel that the quality of this location has decreased tremendously over the past six months. Hopefully they can turn it around. The location is...
