We have had issues here quite often but last night was horrible!!! My husband went to get us food. He ordered on line. They told him to pull up to the first window. Many times I've wanted extra pickles not AN extra pickle. So at the first window he asked for extra pickles again just to be sure. The guy was very unfriendly saying that what was on it was on it. He pulled up to the second window. He received his drink 3/4 of the way filled. The guy said the drinks were automatic so he couldn't add any soda to it. He offered to fill it with ice. Husband wanted to be sure there were napkins and ketchup in the bag. The worker said, "whatever is in the bag". My husband was very unhappy with the customer service. He's a courier and has had many problems with the service times he's had to pick up orders from them. Yesterday he had no orders that took less than 15 minutes to take. One time without them being busy he waited 20 minutes for a 20 piece chicken nugget and bucket (can't think of the name of them) of fries. One time there was very loud rap music playing with all the swear words included. The manager was bouncing along with the beat while the others were joking around, playing All the time he was still waiting on his order until he had to ask for his order over the music. Luckily there were no children in the lobby. A customer ordered a frap. The frap machine was broken so the employee asked me to ask the customer what replacement they'd like. The customer said a shake would be ok. Employee said ok and left the counter to supposedly get the shake. Then he had to ask the customer what they wanted instead of the shake because that machine was being cleaned. Last night was just a sliver of what problems he's had with this McDonald's. He's talked with management and they say they will improve the service and nothing has been changed. It is hard to wait so long for food that isn't made correctly for him to make money...
Read moreSo we came to the McDonald’s up here in tullahoma, and it started off great ordered our food, sat down and started eating. Then this young nice gentleman was out cleaning the lobby, and all we heard coming from the kitchen was the manager and other employees raising there voice, bossing this kid around telling him how to do his job when he was already doing it how he’s supposed to do it by the book. They told him to use the wet floor signs when he mopped, he was already using them, then they told him to come bag some order, he went over to start bagging then they turned him right back around and told him to go back to the lobby.
We called the young gentleman over and started talking to him, and told him that it wasn’t right that they are treating him that way.
Well he gets back to work and when he was finished with the lobby the manager was walking around the lobby pin pointing every little mistake that he made even tho he cleaned it like he was supposed too, the only table he did not clean was was where we was sitting and of course your not supposed to clean where someone is eating at until they are done and have left the store.
they all was talking down on this young man for nothing and it upset me and my wife, so we finished up and just left the store, it sad how grown adults, even managers will do something like this to a minor,
The kid was great and I hope he finds him a job were people will respect him, other then that the people who run this store in tullahome TN should be ashamed and I do not recommend going there and supporting what they are doing

During rush hour McDonald’s can really mess up an order, I get that. Managers know this better than anyone. So, I don’t get the bad attitude out of them when someone brings food back to get it corrected. Just do your job and fix it, there’s no reason to blame the customer for your employees mistakes, especially when the customer is being polite after they’ve waited 20 mins to get their food, only to wait 20 mins more to even discuss it with someone. I don’t expect a kid to wait to eat 20 mins for someone to bother with coming to talk to us about it. And then it was only because I snagged an employee to go get a manager, after being ignored for all that time.
So, after ordering again on the app, after a 20 min wait, someone brought a bag out, handed it to us, never said a word, and just walked away. We started in on the fries on top, then noticed the bag was too big to be our order, before checking the ticket which had the wrong name on it. I drive around and told the cashier, who told me to pull up and someone would take care of it. After another 20 min wait, the manager wanted to get rude because we were already eating the fries. We got free food because your employee didn’t do their job, not because we were eating fries, that we paid for.
