I went Zaxbys in Tullahoma it is right at the end of my road and really like it we'll most of the time. The last 2 times have been horrible. Tonight I wanted almost 15 minutes for French fries! Unacceptable! When I went to see what was going on there was no employees at the counter almost 2 minutes before one showed up and she looked confused. When I said where is my order she was like we are waiting on fries and I said for almost 15 minutes! She said let me check! I said good idea! She came back with it's going g to be 2 more minutes, I said did they have to peel the potatoes! I asked for the manager, who never addressed my issue. Also sent a different person to bring me my order! The manger at this store is a coward and should not be a manager of a storage facility if he or she cannot address customers complaints or issues! 35 years of automotive from boats to semi's. Had to deal with customer issues regularly. Your fry guy if even qualified needs to be replaced or retrained. When I did finally get my order and home and opened it, it was everything in my power to not drive back there and throw it back at them. The fries were warm and some were smashed and you could see the carelessness as well as cole slaw was not with order as specified on the receipt. Unfortunately I do not see me returning or driving 30 minutes away from my house to go to Zaxbys. I hope this problem gets resolved and nobody else has this experience but twice was...
Read moreI usually go to the Zaxby’s in Decherd. However, because the Zaxby’s in Decherd had closed an hour earlier, I decided to place a mobile order to pick up at the Tullahoma location. When we got home with the order, all of the food was cold. Also, I thought I was missing an order of three cookies but I found those in the bottom of the bag. When I called and spoke with the female manager she apologize for the inconvenience and offered to replace our order, but then put us on a long hold only to come back and say that she had the wrong information and that because the protocol had changed for replacing incorrect orders. We would have to come back down there with our receipt. She said that she spoke with someone else, and now she couldn’t replace our order after telling us that she would. Here’s the thing- if you provide misinformation to the customer just own it . And then moving forward, you know better. The whole thing was just handled improperly I’m glad I was able to find the missing items that were down in the bottom of my bag but my whole order was cold and I couldn’t get it replaced...
Read moreI placed a mobile order and I tried to called the store to let them know I was going to be late picking up because I had to work over. No one answers the phone. I then show up at least 45 minutes later than estimated time and they tried to serve me and my 7 year old food that had been sitting out for the whole time, the food was so cold. I then told the employee that it was cold so he got the manager, Lizz king, who said I should have picked up in time and it wouldn’t be cold, I told her I tried to call but nobody would answer, she then tried to keep arguing and I told her I’ll just get my money back, she calls the GM Marlene and then I’m told to come back at 5 because she (Lizz) doesn’t know how to do a refund.. I did get the refund at 5 when I returned to restaurant but terrible customer service I understand it’s partly my fault for placing the order and something coming up but I tried to call and then when I go to pick up you try to serve me chicken that has set out for an hour.. no thank you. Me and my family will never eat at this location ever again. Terrible...
