The salad bar looks amazing and the bar looks great. As a Currier the place is just plain aggravating. The order is NEVER done and it takes a very long time to get ready. We'll wait at the entrance for a while before being acknowledged. We are told several times that it's being prepared but we are consistently late for pick up. The employees seem to have no sense of urgency for anything. I have even seen customers at the bar looking around for assistance. I imagine the food might be awesome but as a Currier, don't expect a quick turn around. We are even considering declining all orders from Ruby Tuesdays. Please help us people trying to make people happy to get their orders from your establishment.
(Update): Still absolutely terrible about getting orders out within 10 mins. Today I waited more than 15 minutes for a kabob, rice and fresh broccoli. There were only 2 tables seated. The same manager that said he would fix things a month ago handed me the food with not so much as hi, bye, be well or anything. I have blacklisted RubyTuesdays and all their nicknames. I lose other orders and money wasting time waiting on EVERY order there. If I wait that long to pick up food to bring to their customers... What about their sit-down customers? I won't eat there because it'll most likely take an hour to get my dinner. There are many restaurants I'd prefer to eat in.
Edit: I blocked this restaurant from pickups because of their history in my experiences. I thought they were unblocked because major changes had been made. Absolutely not! 15+ minutes waiting for an order to be finished. It was a salad and some kind of pasta. My customer said they reduced my to because they waited so long for their order. ( Unfair to the driver but what I do other than explain to the customer what was going on. I can't believe that they care so little for customers that pay to have their food delivered to them. Couriers help them make money and it seems we are penalized for it. I shouldn't have to answer questions about when and where the issues happened. It's all in my review (s). Back to a block! Other drivers, show you're done with this and block them too. This is not just my opinion. My husband has had this and other drivers, others I've spoken to have blocked them too. If it takes that long to caters to customers that have ALREADY paid for their food... What is it like for customers eating in. Very...
Read moreI will begin with my experience and end with my wife's experience.
Just bad. Just bad. Dirty place. It was one of the few restaurants open on Thanksgiving. And it still was not busy. This should have been an indicator to me that this place is terrible.
The server informed me that her top shelf margaritas was the house margaritas. She also informed me there is only one size margarita, but funny how the menu states you can have a large margarita for an extra $1. And the margarita i ordered just tasted so bad. I did not finish it.
The food came out at 3 different times. The kids food came first, then my food and finally my wife's food. The kids food was incorrect, the wife's food was incorrect and my food was actually correct.
What you see in this ruby Tuesday bathroom will disturb you so badly that you will not be able to sleep for days. True nightmares.
And finally, the picture is of 8 to 9 tables not cleared or cleaned. This is how the majority of the restaurant looks like.
My wife's experience is as follows: The server wasn’t very nice. She asked us what we wanted to drink and never gave us her name or even a simple “hello”. My husband asked for a house margarita and wanted to see if there were different sizes and we were told there was only one size. No problem at all. I asked for a water. We waited and we were looking at the menu and saw the house margarita at the bottom listed and to get a large, it was a dollar more. She came back and we pointed that out to her and she said that is a different drink than what we ordered and that the top shelf margarita was the house margarita (lies). We proceeded to order our food. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with no tomato. She brings out a burnt chicken with nothing but pickles. I went to grab the menu and advised i wanted the chicken sandwich on the menu (it was called the ultimate crispy chicken sandwich). She proceeded to tell us that sandwich is different than what I ordered. I then scanned the entire menu for another chicken sandwich and there was not one listed. She remained quiet. We finally got our food. It was just mediocre. Our server had no clue what she was doing and it was not busy. The restaurant was filthy and dirty dishes piled on tables. This was not the experience we wanted. Save yourself and try another restaurant. PS no matter where you go, the top shelf margarita is NOT the...
Read moreCheck number 3725 Tullahoma TN. Came in about 4pm and there close to hour and half. Food excellent but service poor. Server very pleasant but several issues. Order taken well but then things went downhill. Our meal took excessively long to come out and when I asked about it told new kitchen staff. Strange because couple that came in same time as us got food and left before we ever got our food. Another family next to us with more people came several minutes after us and again got food before us and left at least 20 minutes before us. Waitress came to us before our food came and asked if ready for our check. I know I had a confused look which followed with her saying "oh yea, you haven't had your food yet", I asked her to please go check on it. We finally got food which was awesome. I had side of grilled zucchini which was only a very small portion of thin slices;again good but extremely small potion of a cheap vegetable. Out of curiosity I asked if this was normal serving. She looked at it and said that is very small and she would ask for more to be prepared. As I finished eating it had not come out so when she got me a drink refill, which I had to ask for, I mentioned this to her. She looked confused again then said it has not come up and that she would go ask them to cook more and I could take it to go with my extra piece chicken. Pretty sure she had forgot to turn in order. When my tea refilled had no ice and had to ask. My friends glass almost empty so also had to ask for her a refill. At end meal asked for mayo and ketchup for our to go order and offered to meet her up front to get it. She went to kitchen, gone few minutes, then was coming out and when saw us went back to get mayo and ketchup. Again food great but service poor throughout meal. Server pleasant and restaurant not very busy but we had to ask for everything and wait several minutes each time. We love Ruby Tuesday and never had this experience before. I hope she was just having an off day but affected our experience negatively although she...
