Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store — Restaurant in Tulsa

Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy this is one of the best problems Ice Cream and Dairy restaurants that I have ever been able to get a portion out of for a double-dip ice cream as far as that goes any ice cream product. I frequent the Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Stores in Broken Arrow because that's why I live but this one here is on Peoria and I used to own a Domino's Pizza on 52nd and Peoria years ago and this ice cream store was there at that time. It has been there for a long time and I can see why because their ice cream portions are better then all the other Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy portions. I always have to go back and complain at the other stores in Broken Arrow about the little amount of ice cream they actually put on the cone or in the dish or tray and this woman had no problems this Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Store on Peoria did perfect with their pricing cone ice cream double dip was just the right amount wasn't too much and it wasn't too little so I felt like I got my money's worth and my taste buds were happy. I am giving this one a four-star because it's not a five-star restaurant and is actually more like a three restaurant facility but I'm going to give it a 4-star because of the wonderful customer service that they had their and the portioning and the value for my dollar was so great I was extremely pleased so four stars for you Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy employees that worked at around 6 on December 11th 2021 you guys hit a homerun fantastic! So as we say on Tulsa live go get you some Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy off of...

Ok, I am back after taking a hiatus for personal reasons. Today I have decided to try Braum's new spicy chicken sandwich. First, I will talk about the fries, which are crinkle cut...While the ones I ate were not right out of the oil hot they were sufficiently hot, cooked perfectly and well seasoned...Now to the sandwich...This is Braum's attempt to enter the chicken sandwich wars that have been ongoing for awhile now. I have to say that Braum's has completely missed the mark! I can get a better chicken sandwich at just about any fast food restaurant...the chicken fritter looked old, albeit did not taste that way. There is so very little heat factor it was difficult to tell if I was really eating a spicy chicken sandwich or a regular crispy chicken...Braum's sauce is nothing special either, pretty much tastes like ketchup and mayo mixed together...In summation, if you are looking for a decent chicken sandwich, drive right past Braum's to a different restaurant... Braum's Chef's, if you are reading this review, my advice, to you is scrap it and try again! Practice makes...

This braums falls short. I have always preferred braums, over all other fast food. This braums has provided me with 3 consecutive sub par experiences. The lady at the widow didn't speak English, a couple weeks ago. I couldn't make my order. When I thought that I had, she told me that the price was about 5 times what it should have been. She obviously couldn't take the order. I just walked away. The next time, my debt card was hit about 30 minutes later, for an online purchase. The employee at the window must have taken a photo of my card. Then today, I only ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. The biscuit was hard and crumbled like a stale cookie, the cheese and bacon was cold, and the employee acted annoyed to serve me. This place has reinforced my theory of these times. I call it a psychopathic customer service era. I know it is just a fast food joint, but...
