This place is pretty disappointing. Went there this evening as my best friends little man really wanted a bean and cheese burrito. We pulled up to the speaker and needed a moment which they gave us. I started ordering and had to repeat myself many times. The order was repeated back to me properly, 2 bean and cheese burrito, a wet California burrito, and 2 shrimp tacos. We also tried ordering a larger queso and chips, but we're informed that they didn't have any chips because they were just out... not sure how you accomplish that, but it was disappointing too. From time of order to actually paying it was over 5 minutes, then another 15ish minutes to receive our food. We asked for verde salsa and when given our bag I asked for 4 more, the girl who gave us our food tells us 'I put a bunch in there already, but I can get you some more?' I said no it will be fine thinking a bunch meant atleast 6-8. We get to my besties house open the bag to find only 4 verde slsas. We then open the first box and since there was no queso on the burrito assumed it was one of the bean and cheese burrito, first bite from her little guy showed that there was sour cream and multiple other things inside. Open the next box and behold there is a wrapped burrito and a thing of queso so we assumed they just put the queso into the wrong box, but nope that burrito was the California burrito as it turned out. Next box, we figured had to be a bean and cheese burrito, right? NOPE! This burrito was a bean and rice burrito! How do you mess up bean and cheese whenever the receipt clearly states bean and cheese? Welp, called and talked to the assistant manager as I was told the manager is on vacation. I explain everything and she didn't seem to fully understand the first time so I explained again. She refunded the card for the price of 2 bean and cheese burritos and I was going to accept that, until I opened my box of 2 shrimp tacos... as you can see, the tacos each had only 3 shrimp on them, a bunch of onions and hardly any cilantro. I have gone to this location and the BA one many times and have never been so disappointed in the food and the service. We will not be back the the Tulsa location as we feel our money can be spent better...

Whether you eat in or take out, the food is overpriced for the value and quality. The service matches; little to none. $34 for two burritos, two drinks and an order of chips and salsa (chips and salsa are extra). No tip! I tipped myself. That tip was “don’t come back and don’t recommend it to anyone!” For the same dollars you can get a better plate of Mexican food at many other establishments in Tulsa. Plus, the bonus of dining with table service, and get complimentary chips and salsa.
My wife ordered the Chile Verde Burrito “wet” ($9.95+$1.50). This should have been called a “Rice and more Rice, Burrito, with a little pork.” We mistakenly assumed that wet meant that it was served as is usually the case, with a red or green sauce. No, wet here is queso. Although a much better burrito at the same price, my Carne Asada Burrito was shy on the beef. Stale chips from a paper bag and average salsa made for a regrettable lunch stop. Calaca Fresh Mex or Catrina Fresh Mex, which is it? Either way, drive a few blocks north for better options and avoid this skeleton of a restaurant.

Read moreI’d give this location an eh. Me and my boyfriend ordered two asada fries with steak and everything on it. Red flag to began with as the girl who took our order wasn’t even listening and kept talking over my boyfriend as he was trying to order, than after we ordered she didn’t even confirm our orders and said pull up to the window & right off the bat started talking to the other coworker in Spanish. we arrived to the window to pay and the guy says your total is $12.38, in which my boyfriend says “we ordered two asada fries” so the guy charges my boyfriend another $12.38. The girl who took our order came back to the window and asked what else we needed in which my boyfriend stated again “we ordered two asada fries and we are waiting on the other one” she shuts the window and checks again comes back and says “okay” First off the food given to us in our bag had melted cheese all over. These workers don’t seem to care about how they throw your food in the bag. They do not confirm anything and shut the window on you when you try to speak to them. I get it, they’re busy. But they do not have to treat their customers this way. Not returning to this...
