Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday about 11:45. At this point I was the only patron in the establishment, though several other tables filled as I ate. Place occupies a spot in a strip mall and interior feels kind of budget, though welcoming at the same time. Food pricing was a bit lighter than other Thai Restaurants in town too. Service was fast and friendly, main course came out before I had made it half way into appetizer. This is the first Thai restaurant in Tulsa that I got a cup of hot tea that was not self-brewing with a bag! My appetizer was fresh rolls and these might be the best I've had in Tulsa: wrapped perfectly, fresh, yet balanced cilantro/carrot/mint, and thick/loaded. The sauce they served with it looked like a peanut sauce, though I found it a bit sweet and sour. I was here for the main course, Massaman Curry. Rich and flavorful, balanced well. If I could knock it slightly, the potatoes were more like whole potatoes cut in half. While they were cooked perfectly, the starch had them sticking to my spoon when I cut them down in the curry. Another small slight - when asked how spicy (1-5) I told the waitress 'as hot as I can get it' a 5, 10 or even 100!' But what I had, while it was great in flavor, lacked heat significantly for this spice nut. Overall, while not my 'favorite' curry in town, they have a very close second (to date). But know that I don't hit up Tropical because their spice levels suck too. Bring up the heat and I would consider visiting again.

As someone on a mission to rediscover all the Thai options in and around Tulsa, I was excited to revisit this spot, which has a long history of being one of my favorite places in the city. I ordered the Beef and Green Bean (#44) with a spicy level of 5 out of 5. The dish was absolutely fantastic! The beef was tender, and the green beans were perfectly cooked, maintaining a delightful crunch. The spice level was likely spicy enough for most people, but I had specifically asked for it to be very spicy. I think most Thai restaurants assume I'm joking when I say I want it Thai hard, but Lisu Thai Kitchen did a great job nonetheless. One of the first things I noticed upon arriving was the nostalgic feeling of being back in a location that has housed various Thai restaurants over the past decade or two. Lisu Thai Kitchen has managed to uphold the high standards that made this spot a favorite of mine years ago. The atmosphere at Lisu Thai Kitchen is welcoming and laid-back, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my dining experience was enjoyable from start to finish. Lisu Thai Kitchen is another great option for Thai cuisine in Tulsa. Whether you're a long-time fan of this location or new to the area, I highly recommend giving it a try. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey of rediscovering Tulsa's Thai food scene, and Lisu Thai Kitchen has set a high bar.

Gogi Gui Korean Grill is GONE! Closed. Enter a big improvement in Asian cuisine, Lisu Thai Kitchen, a great new dining opportunity. The best Thai food I have had. Starting with the spring rolls filled with fresh crisp lettuce, julienne carrots, and shrimp, with a perfect flavorful dipping sauce. A refreshing start to the meal. I had seen pictures of the Khoa Soi Noodles on Yelp and Google reviews. The picture drew me in. I had no clue what it was, until I read the menu. After reading the description of the ingredients, I knew it was my meal. Onion, lime, cilantro spicy coconut milk, red curry, crunchy noodles and a secret ingredient, sour mustard. I ordered it with chicken, which was a good serving of tender sliced chicken breast. This was an amazing bowl of noodles and soup. The perfect amount of heat and the sour mustard was the flavor surprise that set this apart from any Thai food I have had. This was delicious! My wife had the Pad Thai which she rated as excellent. Her assessment was, that this was some of the best Thai food she had had in a long time. The new owners are from Minnesota. A very friendly couple that took time to visit with every customer. The service was very good. An overall very pleasant dining experience. I’m no Thai food expert, but this food worked for me!
