Ordered off DoorDash and got an email confirmation as well as a text confirmation that the establishment confirmed the order. The dasher got to sonic and they pushed the red button and told them they were there for a DoorDash for me. They said ok. The dasher waited for some time then they came out and stated they did not have a DoorDash. So my dasher called me and explained and asked me to call sonic, so I did. The lady answered the phone and I explained what was going on and she goes “ like I have been telling the lady over and over again we don’t have a DoorDash and we have not had one for thirty minutes. “ I said well how is that possible when I have two confirmations stating you have received and started making the order. She then told me idk you need to call DoorDash. I said why would I need to call DoorDash when I have two confirmations from you guys. In the middle of me saying that she hung up on me. So she didn’t get to hear anything I said she just hung up on me. To me it seems like they are confirming the orders, making the order then when someone goes to pick it up telling them it’s not there and just taking the made food for themselves. They just stole from my children. I was buying food for my children. That’s just wrong. I hope it comes...
Read moreVery rude and dismissive. Ordered mozzarella sticks through the app after they said that the card machine was down. Ask the young lady for ranch she said that the ranch was in the bag. And was very dismissive and turned around. I tried to yell at her that she forgot her tip, But since I’m having to get out of the car and walk up to the door and request ranch just to be handed one single Mozzarella sauce when I walked up to the door…. So then I had to go to the drive-through, and then she wanted to be nice and smiled and thought she was going to receive her tip. Which I politely asked her for ranch, But if you work a job that is tip base. You should not be dismissive, especially when you’re loud and wrong. Then you’re shocked because you’re not getting tipped. And you wonder why minorities have the stigma of not tipping, who wants to tip when you’re already so dismissive? If somebody’s asking you for ranch, just get them their ranch. And usually, I don’t say anything about stuff like this, and I let it go. But it was flabbergasting how dismissive she was, and how her attitude changed when she heard “you forgot your tip” I don’t even wanna put the young girls’s name on there....
Read moreAggressive manager, horrible staff, and threatening demeanor.
I was on the phone with a friend of mine, and I could hear her getting upset. I went ahead and headed up to the store. While on the phone, I could hear a male's voice being loud and condescending towards my friend.
When I arrived I could see the manager, leaning into my friend's car speaking in a threatening manor and being loud. I stepped out of my truck and did not say a word. The manager stood straight up, and approached me. The manger proceeded to tell me how I did not need to get involved. I told him that I had heard the entire conversation through the phone, and he was being threatening and condescending and he was out of line.
He told my friend to leave, of which she did comply, then proceeded to ask me my name and other personal information. I turned around and started to open my door when the manger came up behind me quickly. He continued behind me and took my plate number saying he was going to call and report me.
This service is beyond terrible, and this manager is...
