Charlie's Chicken — Restaurant in Tulsa

Went today (after saying I’d NEVER go again! still upset with the order and service I recieved last time — but I have kids and they love Charlie’s)

So I order, certain things I ordered were made to order, so they weren’t going to be ready and told me the wait would be 20 minutes. I didn’t have that wait time so I politely asked to switch to something that was already hot and fresh which were chunks. So I get to the window and pay, and a lady came to the window took my money, then she told me one item ordered would be a twenty minute wait. Ok but I had just explained that I couldn’t wait. And at this point I’d already paid. Anyway long story, short — I asked the gentleman at the window what his name was, he replied.. I asked him the managers name. He replied with the same name. I told him about my previous experience and then told him how unhappy I was today… he batted his lashes at me, shrugged his shoulders and said ok bye and shut the window in my face. I’m baffled at the customer service at this location, so much I drive 10 miles out of my way to the Charlie’s a town over. PLEASE CLEAN THIS PLACE UP, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS...

This makes my 3rd attempt to eat at this Location. it’s always the service for me. I’m understand being under staff and busy - but it really what it is everywhere.

I finally made an ordered today ….i have pulled away several time for several service reasons….

Lets add - wasn’t worth it.

Order a two piece combo at $10.19, was charged 11.89 before tax

I ordered double mash for my sides - no spoon - I gotta forkkk (clearly paid for a spoon)

No condiments (salt, pepper, hot sauce, or etc)…..wasn’t asked

Just took my order and handed me my order - no smile - no service…so transactional.

My chicken breast was chewy and the uncooked wet flour was found under some layers of the chicken skin (yuck)

The mash was cool - please serve them hot (I know the container is styrofoam - but yes)

Please silently robbing customer , let your menu match watch your charging 😕 Services 2, Food...

The wait time after we ordered our food was ridiculous. After waiting 20 minutes for them to walk our food to our car like they said they would, we had to circle back around and the guy who didn't even take our order couldn't wait to nastily and aggressively say "You didn't order anything, so we don't have a order for you" I didn't even say anything my look told him everything he was about to get at that moment. The gentleman that actually took our order, stepped in immediately and looked at his co-worker the same way I did (I'm assuming the bad attitude co worker behaves this way a lot) then he gave us our food. I didn't like the service, I went there to promptly eat not wait OVER 20 minutes for my food to still not have came out to me and not to damn near catch a case over some under paid, bad attitude, acne faced dish washer. Ijs we won't...
