The more I think about it, the less I was impressed. I have been to this location prior to the visit in question, and not had any problems, but never an experience to remember either. This is the only reason I gave them a three instead of two. Upon entering I noticed that the beverage counter was a bit messy. I thought maybe it was a fluke or recently happened, so I just passed it by. I went to the counter with my wife to order and the two people there were not unfriendly, but also not really excited to see us either. It looked like a lot of the meat products were low or out, and I noticed that there appeared to be Carne Asada, the special proteins choice at the time, on the grill, but it must've just gone on the flat top, because it was still clearly raw. Granted it smelled amazing, but that doesn't fix the fact there was very little protein prepared. The guy serving proteins (meat and beans) really skimped us on the meat. Even after I asked if he had more coming, which I could clearly see he did, he just put the scrapings out of the bottom of the container onto my burrito and moved on. I don't like to make a stink and I thought, "eh its a holiday, they are probably running on fumes (new years day, around 7pm)". The girl who did the rest of the burrito was friendlier, but only minimally. Kind of the bare minimum for a customer service position. She also really skimped on the products. One of the things that always made Chipotle "worth it", was the fact that the burrito or bowl was a sight to behold, bursting at the seams with Tex-Mex glory. This burrito was no thing of glory, more like a Breakfast burrito at Braum's. This could be attributed to, by the fact that they were out of many items (including, but not limited to, Chips, Pico, Meats). But judging from previous experiences, it was just smaller. The customer service was also meh unfortunately. There was one very nice guy, but I think it was a fluke because had it not been for something in common he noticed I was carrying, then I do not think he would've done more than the minimum, since I noticed he didn't engage with the customers behind us once I say down. It was not a horrible experience, but I highly doubt that my wife and I will be returning to that location. It does not help, that she is pregnant and her craving was Chipotle, and it failed to reach her expectations, lol. That aside though, it was just a meh experience, and the previous average experiences I have had do not make up for the lack of performance this time. Normally I could let one bad visit fly, but a good experience has to balance the rating. Overall, I would say visit a different Chipotle, as we will be moving forward. Ticket was right at $40 for two people, no chips and queso or anything like that. Too much for a meh meal.

Update: Well, we went back on 12-10-21. Serious guys, GROSS. I can only imagine the conversations had over this wall found right where you order your food. "No, don't clean it! The building might collapse! CLEAN UP YOUR RESTAURANT AND YOUR ACT. All of the 5 star reviews are bots. Look at their post histories! Are we all talking about the same Chipotle? This location has garbage service, inconsistent food, and inconsistent pricing. I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND!! My food was cold, over-rang, and assembled from ingredients that had sat out for a long time, and I had the honor and privilege of paying $18 for (only) a burrito bowl and a fountain drink because "carne asada is our most expensive meat." I loved this place and used to suggest we eat here often to my wife. However, if my patronage is an inconvenience to you, then so be it. We won't be back. For shame

With how expensive it is to eat out these days I hope the experience would be at least moderately enjoyable. The location was dirty, the bathroom smelled heavily of urine. The counters in the food prep area were filthy and hadn’t been wiped after several sloppily made burritos. The guy behind the counter that made my burrito 1) had zero people skills 2) didn’t listen at all, 3) slopped everything on the burrito without draining any juices and 4) couldn’t wrap a burrito to save his life. The foil is the only thing that kept my burrito from completely unwrapping and falling apart. My burrito was wet, soggy, and a sloppy mess. Then when I tried to leave feedback directly with chipotle via the website they provide on the receipt the website was down. It was a total disappointment.

Well, I finally reached my final straw with this location. I have to say, this is the only bad Chipotle in America. We moved to South Tulsa 2 years ago and this Chipotle is half a mile from our house so it is the location that we normally go. In 2 years of going here, I have never NOT had a problem.

It's either extremely long wait times, out of certain ingredients, overflowing trash cans, dirty tables or some combination of the above. Also, the oranges for the kid's meals are consistently rotten and moldy. Ordering on the app for pickup has been a train wreck too. Either they make the portions comically small or they get the order wrong. And since Chipotle decides to update the app every few days, it's nearly an unusable app due to the hassle of that.

Yesterday was the last day that I will ever go to this location. I waited 40 minutes. Yes, 40 minutes! in line. There were 15 people in front of me. 40 minutes! I have never waited that long for food even in a sit down restaurant with a waiter. By the time I got up front I was royally mad. As usual, they were out of ingredients. There were 3 people working the to go area and 1 guy working the assembly line for the entire restaurant during the dinner rush. This guy was in no hurry either. The 1 guy working the assembly area had to also stop and refill the buckets of food. Incredibly inefficient.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of the minimum 1 is the workers are nice and the food tastes good. It's a shame the experience and inefficiency is what kills this place.

This is clearly a management problem since it is only this location. Get it together. Tighten it up. Bring in managers from any other location to whip this place into shape. Very...

I work down the street and habitually I always come a get food with co-workers every Friday we always order the same two bowls.

This is now the 4th incidente and I’ve had enough of it. I’d rather drive 15mins to the next store than spend money on this chain since the owners don’t care how it’s ran.

Today, I walk in and order the usual. The male worker with black hair and glasses doesn’t even give me a normal spoon full of rice I ask for a bit more and he just grabs a smaller portion than what he gave originally. Moving down the line I asked for corn, cheese and guacamole. He gets one bowl correct and the next bowl he puts sour crème. Didn’t offer to make another bowl UNTIL I get to paying and ask if he can just not charge me for the guacamole on the bowl to be fair with him not preparing the other bowl correctly and we’ll call it even. He said no with no hesitation and that’s when he offered to make a new one I’m at the end of the line ready to pay. The store got busy few minutes after my arrival and I don’t have much time since I come by on my work break so I didn’t want him to waste food but that was certainly not the time to offer to fix the order. I would have been fine with getting the guacamole for free in recompense but him not budging knowing he screwed up my order ticked me off.

Other days I’ve arrived at peak hours and they don’t have meat on the line or rice. Drink area is always messy. Floors full of food on the floor. This place is badly ran and I’m sick of it. Lord knows how it’s ran behind the counter with the food that’s cooked and handled. I will be reporting this store on other...
