Boss Tea — Restaurant in Bixby

Such a bad experience today January 12th 2022. I frequently go to this place today I place and order for 4 drinks my drink looks weird since I got it I took a sip and was so bad I don't know if they use lemon or lime but it was so bad you can taste when the fruit is rotten this was the case, I kindly ask for a different since it was impossible to drink it they want me to pay for another drink, so ridiculous if they use rotten fruit how's that possible so unhealthy, the person "in charge" I tried to talk to her she just left me taking and hide on the kitchen like a rat so rude. Never going back to that place there are so other great boba places in Tulsa that have a quality drinks and service. Decent bubble tea experience! I had the iced boss black milk tea with black boba, and it was really good! The customer service is good, and they have a good seating area! They also have free WiFi if you ask them for the password! My only gripe about Boss Tea is that they do not have restrooms due to COVID. Besides that, it’s a good place to do work or hang with friends and drink bubble tea! Definitely go and check it out!

I have to knock off a star. So my brother ordered an iced boss black milk tea with strawberry boba, and it was disgusting. One of the worst boba drinks we’ve ever tried. So he asked the cashier if she could remake it with black boba, but we had to pay an extra $0.50 to remake the drink with boba, which is ridiculous! Considering the boba they gave was nasty.

Don’t get strawberry boba at this place, stick with black pearl...

It honestly depends on who is working the front that day. They have a younger crew and an older crew. Every time I have gone when the older crew is there, the drinks are always good, flavorful, and the staff is super friendly and take the time to explain the menu. When I go and the younger crew is there, they are still friendly, but my drink is always riddled with mistakes and no, they are not busy when I order either. And this has happened Every. Single. Time. I like the different flavors, I like the atmosphere, I like the friendliness of the staff no matter which crew it is but I'm not ok with constant mistakes every time I go and then the reluctancy to just scrap it and make a new one.
