I went in to order a burrito bowl and saw the chicken al pastor. As I ordered my bowl I had asked to sample the chicken after it had been put on my order for the level of spice. Allison appeared to be irritated and slammed the sample cup onto the counter as a piece of the chicken flew out. tasted the smaller piece that was left to see if my pallet would be able to tolerate the level of spice. It was too spicy for me and I let her know that I couldn't go with that option. I had commented about how she had slammed the sample, but she didn't respond and demanded her co-worker to make my order Allison slid my order to the left and told her crew member to wait on me. He was confused and so I apologized and explained that I should've tasted beforehand since I have a current health condition that prevents me from being able to eat spicy foods. He was very respectful and courteous and let me know that I was okay. He proceeded to make my order and Allison had to finish the order and was still irritated with me. When I got to register I inquired about the crew-member's name and position. I informed the cashier of her nasty behavior and interaction I had just encountered. This level of disrespect was uncalled for and I don't feel I deserved to be treated in that manner. Allison definitely needs to go back to training for better customer service skills when interacting with people in the public. I definitely won't be going back to that establishment again! Individuals who work with the public, need to learn how to do just that! In a...
Read moreI finally tried Chipotle yesterday for the very first time I'm just saying I don't get what all the hype is about it was not that great. I tried a bowl with steak and queso and it was very bland, they only had one rice option it was white but not sure what kind or the name the young girl that was making my bowl seemed very annoyed I came in. She didn't put much rice in there and then hardly any meat and the meat she did put in there was gross it was one big chunk that was attempted to be cut up but wasn't cause it was all Grisel and fat and then I had queso put on it. Everything was cold nothing was warm and the sourcream was pure liquid so you know it wasn't any good from sitting out so long. And the queso was cold enough that it was griddy when you got a bit of it in a bite. I know what I experienced for the first time and paid $11 for and ended up not eating much at all of it was forsire not worth what I paid. For me this place ain't what it's hyped up to be and I won't be coming back because of this experience. Please train your employees to atleast fake like they wanna be there let alone have you there and help you. But I will say she was the only employee I noticed working the rest was all sitting at...
Read moreThis is by far the worst chipotle I’ve been too. My husband and I went in at 9am Thursday night and they were out of almost everything. The girls that were up taking orders were super rude and slow. It sounded and looked like they were high. They barely gave us any meat—and I’m not kidding when I say BARELY. When I asked if there any chicken (I didn’t have my glasses and I’m almost basically blind) the girl answered “ain’t that what you said?” And turned the bowl to me My husband chipped in saying I didn’t have my glasses and I have trouble seeing but that there was hardly any so if she could add more. (Considering they were charging us for it.) and she proceeded to sigh and put 4 more pieces of chicken. There was hardly rice, no beans, maybe a spoonful, when I asked for more they said they were out and this was all. Lettuce was the same thing, meats were the same, no guac and queso that was literally contaminated with other foods. Almost $40 for some sad portions that didn’t even cover half the bowl. They had to spread it out to look like they gave us more… I shared the pictures with my friends and family, I would not and will not be recommending this...
