Yes, you need an app to order here, but it's really not that complicated. It helps things move along, instead of having a menu outside where some people spend 10 minutes deciding and you have to wait for them to get their ish together.
This location has nice employees, great coffee, and allows us to get our coffee as soon as we pull up. It's so much better, imo! Now if you want to peruse a physical menu and sit inside, visit their other location. This is for people on the go and it WORKS.
Don't let bad reviews deter you: people just don't get the concept. If you can understand the basics of it and download an app, it's perfection. If you want to sit somewhere, that's ok. But stop giving bad reviews just because the concept doesn't operate as a regular cafe. It's genius and we love it. Plus they always have dog treats!
2025 Note: Topeca bought Cirque. It's expected to have a bit of a transition, but the coffee seems to be the same great standard with more food offerings. So far, no significant change in...
Read moreFor some time I have been very happy with the service, but recently the service has been unsatisfactory. One order was cold, the next visit after letting them know I had arrived, I was forced to wait on my order in line with 6 other cars. Being the forth car, the 2 cars behind me received their order and the two cars before received theirs as well. Once I got to the window they had not even started my order. The person that handed me my coffee said it depends on when you place your order. I live 10 minutes away. I always place my order before I leave my home. As I told the guy this morning, I will not be using their services again. I have...

There’s no menu at location, you have to scan a QR code to pull it up and wait for someone to come out to take your order.
The spot they have you sit in, sits right in line of sight of employees working.
They honestly just looked disappointed that I was a customer in the second lane instead of a customer who already ordered via app.
It does not have an easy flow for new customers at all which is a BIG miss if you’re a small business.
We sat for a bit and left as we obviously weren’t being prioritized.
There were two employees.
One taking care of the orders for first lane, and the other just standing behind them waiting to be told what...
