The food is fantastic, and this has been my go to place to eat sub sandwiches for a years. The customer service and experience (At least as of Saturday, June 13 was a little on the lacking side. My wife was trying to order and the Lady at the counter would not stop turning to talk to her coworker instead of listening to the order. I think this is bad customer service and if I did that at any other job, I would have been written up. My sister in law had a custom sub, and they didn't care to ask if there was enough ranch, and she put barely any on it. The subs weren't cut all the way, so we had to tear them apart (which made the sub fall apart... Go figure). The place closes at 9:00pm according to their window, and google. They closed the store and locked it at 8:30pm, and I do not remember seeing a sign or anything saying they close earlier. My wife, sister in law, and I were eating outside and had to have the employee come get the trash instead of us throwing it away in the trashcan because they wouldn't let us in. I don't care if you close early because of Covid-19 but at least make it visible for people to know. As stated I've been going here for a while (years), and this is a drop in the quality I've grown accustomed to at Firehouse Subs. I was a little disappointed...
Read moreI placed an order on the Firehouse Subs app and had it delivered. The sandwich bread was burnt and when I called to speak with someone they told me that I needed to bring it back up to the store. I'm sorry, but I live in Broken Arrow and the app had the store on 66th and Memorial make the sandwich to be delivered through Uber Eats. I am not going to bring a sandwich back to the store when I didn't want to pick it up to begin with. I tried to call back this morning and speak with the manager Amber, but a guy that answered the phone that said he was the assistant manager was so rude to me and kept talking over me. He wouldn't even let me finish what I was saying. He kept saying that I needed to contact Uber Eats. I didn't place the order on Uber Eats. I placed it on the actual Firehouse Subs app. I love Firehouse Subs, but I will not be going back to this location ever again. The employees are rude and not helpful at all. Plus, who would send out a sandwich looking like it did. I had to throw the whole thing in the trash....
Read moreWe had a philly cheesesteak sub w/ mushrooms that came without meat. The store staff was apologetic but the acting manager (the general manager's daughter, we came to learn) was very combative and told us to leave the store before she called the police as I was taking a picture of the sub (attached). This was the only sub we thought warranted a refund, but the rest were subpar as well. (The New York steamer in our order had very little meat and only one kind, for example).
Again, accidents happen we understand that. But having to FaceTime the general manager to explain why the sub was messed up and listening to the general manager berate the staff was unprofessional to say the least. To have the police contacted for taking a picture is beyond the pale and a waste of law enforcement resources. I'm sure there is footage showing us standing there with our jaws on the floor when she picked up the phone and appeared to Dial 911.
Needless to say, this franchise will not be patronized by our...
