updating review: stayed again, and all the positive points are still there for the hotel. However, construction is still ongoing and that's great for hotel. It's not if one has to sleep. I had to drop my gf off at airport at 5:30 am and hoped to sleep in a bit. Not remotely possible. Construction started next to my room at 7:46/8am... Really loud and I was unable to rest. When checking out, I let staff know politely the issue and there wasn't even an apology. They stated there is a sign showing they're under construction.... No apology? Fine. Then why after we informed staff we had an extremely early am,and need to sleep in, why would they not mention construction would happen in the rooms right next to ours!? I am NOT happy about the situation at all. We did say we prefer 1st floor, but no one mentioned they'd be doing all this next door. We would have gone w a different room. We're diamond level and encounter hotels upgrading all the time. The hotel always informs us what floor they're working on so we can make an informed request for a room location. C'mon, be professional and remember wo customers staying at your hotel, construction/upgrading won't mean a thing. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Rooms large and open having a fridge, stove top, microwave in the room
Our room smelled like wet dog. Not overwhelming but definitely there. The bed was waaay too firm for us and we both did not sleep well.
Huge tv was a plus.as well as a nice pool area w stairs vs just a ladder.
Breakfast area was large too and the breakfast option was a traditional continental offering w juices, sweets, cereal, oatmeal, and eggs.
Hoping to check them out another time.

By far the worst stay we’ve ever had. Our hitch lock was broken/cut off our truck in the parking lot and $300 hitch was stolen, right outside the door in front of the camera, staff on duty said we would not be allowed to see the footage and that it happened around 3:30am and didn’t seem to care much, “the whole block has issues” was the comment from him after asking if they have this issue often. After getting into our room we realized the toilet was leaking drain/waste water onto the bathroom floor. The gentleman did offer to move rooms but was unapologetic and rude throughout the entire exchange of issues. We packed our bags and went elsewhere. Would highly recommend staying somewhere/anywhere other than here until they very least get some of the staff some training on customer service.

Had a great stay, great check in, rooms are perfect, there's restaurants around and check out went smooth and no housekeeper walked in on me. Just no wow factor. Will probably stay here when back in town. What I really liked was the sitting area out back for my morning tea, which they did have my brand I like.

My wife and I had scheduled a hotel stay for 1 night at this hotel location in Tulsa to visit our friend as it was their birthday weekend. We scheduled on 1-6-23 for a reservation in the amount of $122.58 had come out of my bank already. Upon checking in at this location a little early we arrived around 3:23pm on Friday 1-13-23 which was our day we reserved for 1 night stay. The drive to this location was about 2hours 30mins from our home location, we did not realize check in was at 4:00pm, the front desk lady checked in on the room for us and let us know there was one available, we apologized as we did not realize this. Upon checking in, I had attempted to show the lady my reservation confirmation email and let her know I had already paid in advance for the room. She disregarded the email not really paying attention to it and instead asking for my drivers license and my credit card. I asked her the reason for needing my credit card, as I had already paid previously in which she stated it was simply for the $25 incident fee in case anything happened. I had agreed to this as hotels usually do have this charge and hold it until after your stay. Upon receiving our cards to the room and going up, I noticed on my bank account I was charged another $122.58. My wife and I went back down to talk to the lady, in which she stated she couldn’t do anything, the general manager Ginger Bell, stated their system was down and that usually they could verify earlier bookings but they couldn’t this time, which resulted in the desk lady charging us again. (Even though I attempted to show my email with verification). She called a few people on her end and stated that there was nothing they could do and that my bank would have to handle it, she stated she would prepare a letter to have written letting my bank know the circumstances of what happened. Due to this I immediately reached out to my bank, but because it was my friends birthday weekend we already had plans set and could not wait for the letter. My bank later that night messaged me back and let me know they were unable to do anything because it was a pending charge. We come back to the hotel late after my friends and we went to bed instead as there was no one that could assist us in that moment. We awake the next morning to check out and the front desk lady was extremely rude in her stance when I was trying to get help with the situation because my issue had no been rectified. Ginger the manger was unavailable until Monday, and I was out $122.58 because of an issue on the hotels end that was not a fault of my own, even though I attempted to give the information before hand to ensure I wasn’t charged. Not only was this experience absolutely terrible, I am still out of my funds, no one has reached out to check in with me, and no one from this hotel has tried to compensate the issue at hand or give me information to someone above the general manager I could speak to, not from the hotel nor the actual customer service call number. If I could give this rating a 0 it would be my...

We stayed two nights at this hotel and were very pleased. They are currently doing some remodel work, however we were never inconvenienced nor was there ever any noise to deal with from early Saturday till we checked out at 10:30 am Monday. No work was done on Sunday, however they were working (we could see them down the hall) Saturday and this morning.

Hotel: Clean, bright, well decorated, no odors, convenient to everything and quiet.

Room: ADA Access 2 room King Suite w/roll in shower. Rooms were very clean and roomy with a large TV in each room. Kitchen well equipped and everything was in working order. The bathroom had plenty of towels and soap, shampoo, etc. with it's only issue being the floor and bathmat outside the shower became soaked when we showered. I think this would be solved with a better shower head to safety rail attachment. The bed was comfortable however we were not fans of the pillows (2 thick and 2 thinner....we personally prefer somewhere in between) but that was a preference thing issue easily solved by bringing our own pillows next stay, they were clean, soft and free of smells. The comforter was too hot for us, however there were two extra blankets in cases in the full sized closet had we chosen to use them. After a lot of rain the first day we did notice some small black ants in the bath and kitchen the second day, however this was not a cleanliness issue and we did let the front desk know as we were checking out. They were apologetic and took note to have the room sprayed.

Breakfast: A well stocked and clean area with several options for hot, cold, quick or long and lazy meal with plenty of seating and open till 10am daily. I want to give an extra applaud to the lovely lady who was in charge of breakfast during our stay. Not only did she keep the area well stocked and clean, she was so very sweet when my husband accidentally dropped his cup of coffee. She made quick cleaning it up and with a smile and sweet attitude to boot!

Service: We have absolutely no complaint. From the young man I spoke to on the phone the night before, the two ladies who checked us in, the young lady who opened the side door repeatedly for us as we unloaded the car into the room (which was right next to the door) while she was cleaning the glass and again the wonderful lady at breakfast, to the two ladies who checked us out this morning.......everyone was, polite, helpful, smiling and attentive to their guest's needs.

This is a definite "Will return"...
