Horrible. Twice visited this location. Both times the same bad customer service. Moody youth. No smile, no greeting. They just look mad you’re there but would they have a job if customers didn’t come in? Goodness this is a prime location near several schools…Hire better Jersey Mike’s!!! So disappointing. Your other locations are SO much better!! Corporate needs to do a secret stop in to this location. Flies on food, old- dried out meat in meat cutter, slow as ever service! No mention of ‘thank you’ for your wait. I’ve been in the food industry & these ladies need a lesson or two or to be let go. The men working on my first visit were the same! My husband didn’t even want to eat he was so frustrated with the service that afternoon. I asked them to please clean the meat cutter today and it took so long we left. I didn’t want to stand there w my daughter and hear foul loud music on the speakers. Todays visit was at 4 pm. Owners should check the cameras to see who was working if they care...
Read moreI genuinely can’t say enough good things about this Jersey Mike’s location. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel like a regular—even if it’s your first time. They’re warm, welcoming, and always greet me with a smile. What really stands out is how they remember my order without me even asking — that kind of personal touch is rare these days.
The food? Always spot-on. The ingredients are consistently fresh, and everything—from the bread to the toppings—tastes like it was just prepped minutes ago. You can tell they take pride in doing things right.
Between the friendly crew, the fast and thoughtful service, and the quality of the food, it’s no surprise this place has become a go-to for me. Jersey Mike’s has more than earned my loyalty. Highly recommend stopping in—you won’t be disappointed. P.s. I recommend the hot honey. It steps up the flavor on...
Read moreThis was my first time going here. I tried the #17 famous philly and the #13 original italian on rosemary bread. From the bread to the meat, to the cheese, to the peppers and onions, the philly was nothing special. You would be better off going to Phat Phillies. The italian sub was average as well with the best part being the rosemary bread. My problem with all of these sandwich shops is they all have the same thing. Nothing to differentiate themselves. They can't genetically engineer better meat or veggies, so they have to rely on bread and sauces. Unless you can offer me an amazing meatball sub, I'd rather just go to firehouse subs. I will say though, the restaurant was clean and the woman behind the counter greeted me and...
