While door dashing at the particular McDonald’s at about 2:26 AM on November 2nd of 2020 I passed through the menu and went straight to the window to pick up the order for the customer. I had done this about 5 times that night and the gentleman at the window was polite and asked for the number each time and handed me the dash order and I went on my way. This particular time I went through and the lady working in the McDonald’s almost jumped out of the window to scream at me saying that she is tired of everyone running straight through the window and not giving the order number. Not one time have I stopped at the menu and gave them the number, every time I stop they simply ask what I would like and I tell them I’m a dasher, as soon as I tell them that they say please pull forward to the front window. After a while I just stopped stopping at the menu and went straight through. It does not bother me as much as I find it to be extremely rude and I hope she will not talk to other customers or dashers like that. It’s extremely inappropriate to scream at customer and workers trying to make some extra money after my regular job. I don’t have the time nor the energy to put up with immature and disrespectful people like this. I hope you learn to treat people with kindness and respect ma’am because that’s all I have ever done for every single employee...
Read moreAfter receiving my receipt in the drive through I noticed i was rang up for the wrong burger, what I had asked for was the number 2 quarter pounder WITH CHEESE AND BACON (letter B option) which was said at the time I made my order. Also ordered my kids once 4 pc chicken nugget happy meal and a 6 pc. I get to the window to get my food I asked them to double keep and check to make sure it was in fact the burger with bacon and cheese. After handing me my drink and kids happy meals they asked me to pull forward. After waiting they came up and handed me my burger and I asked again , "it's the one with bacon right?" Which he replied "yes ma'am" so I drove off. When I get home it's not the correct burger even after having them double check and triple check. Then after opening my kids happy meals they didn't even give me the correct meals for them either, one of them was a cheese burger with everything on it instead of the 4 pc. Do you think my 2 yr old ate that? No. Do you think my 5 yr old wanted to switch? No. Its absolutely ridiculous this even happened. How stupid is one group of people??? It's one job and a very simple one at that. AVOID THIS LOCATION if you can, unless you want to put up with the hassle of making sure you get what you actually want and paid...
Read moreOf all the McDonald’s in Tulsa, this is the last one I’d ever recommend. I spent 15 min on a drive thru line to pick up my online order only for them not to have my mobile order, saying they can’t find it. I got off the line to try to go inside to show them my order receipt without holding up the drive thru line. Employee standing out front saw me walking towards the entrance and hurried to walk in and locked the door. He signaled for me to get on the drive thru line instead. I tried showing him my receipt through the glass, saying I just got off the line and he instead shrugged his shoulders saying “oh well” and walked away while I was speaking. So I got back on the drive through line only for another employee to put a traffic cone behind one of the cars to end the line. I understand the line was long but they didn’t communicate w any customers who had been waiting on the line that whole time. Machines breaking or malfunctioning, or my order missing something, I get it, it happens but this was something within their control that could’ve been handled correctly. This location definitely needs some customer service training.
**editing to say I was charged for the meal so I returned and the Manager was very professional and corrected the situation....
