Quiznos are such a rare gem these days, when we saw that there was a location still open on our way back to Texas we just HAD to stop by! It’s hard to find locations that are still open which is unfortunate because Quiznos was one of my favorite spots back in the day!
Their chicken carbonara sandwich is my all time favorite sub sandwich. I ended up ordering two for myself, one for then and one for later! My husband decided to order two subs as well, he wanted to try their chicken carbonara and he also got a different sub, I just forgot which one. Unfortunately the lady helping him didn’t understand his order and ended up making him two chicken carbonara’s instead of the one he wanted. We didn’t catch it until after she had already made it and he was a bit pressured into paying for it. Which I think wasn’t right. It wasn’t his fault that the lady misunderstood his order and him having to pay the extra shouldn’t have happened.
The lady and the gentlemen that helped me seemed nice. I’m assuming they are the owners but they really shouldn’t have pushed my husband to pay for the extra sub that was made by mistake. For that reason I’m giving two stars. Other than that the...
Read moreHad missed Quiznos so much since the closing of the one in Los Alamos, NM and the great experiences I have had at others. I came in intending to use my PAID Dining Advantage coupon (you pay for coupon credits basically)BOGO sub with purchase of a drink. I checked that it was for this location, ordered, got to the register, hit redeem. Saheed wouldn't honor it and told me to use the Quiznos app over and over again I told him it doesn't go in there and to look but instead blew me off and went to the next customer yelling at me that he wouldn't recognize it. Saheed and Giti have horrible customer service and shouldn't be allowed to operate they need to go back to business school. This store needs to get rid of owners Saheed & Giti they have difficulty communicating and always put the customer last. To make matters worse they never have menu items available. I won't be back at this Quiznos ever...
Read moreThey say they're open until 9pm, but when I pulled up at 8:44pm, they literally shut off the lights as I parked. That's something I'd expect from some kid ducking out early, but this guy was wearing a suit jacket, presumably the owner. It's business 101 - if you're open until 9, stay open until 9. Every other Quiznos in town has closed down, so I'm not sure that 16 minutes saved was worth it. At least I still had time to get to Firehouse Subs...
UPDATE: The owner responded with apologies, but I pulled up today at 8:45 to find a closed store. The sign still says they're open until 9 and there's still a worker in there - looks like a manager or owner, but the door is locked and main lights are off. Also, the parking lot is empty but the worker is parked in the one handicap spot. This is terrible business practice....
