"Integrity. Honor. Master Craftmanship." These are the words that come to mind when reflecting on my experience with Petra Jewelers. I could not be more pleased.

I have a vintage piece. A nearly 100 year old art deco style ring, which is very dear to my heart. The stone had fallen out, and so I began making calls to various jewelers in search of a jeweler I could trust with my ring. When I spoke with Abdul over the phone, I felt immediately his trustworthiness. My intuition served me well.

When I walked through the front door of Petra, Abdul was waiting there with a warm greeting. He inspected my ring and it's missing stone and gave me a very favorable quote to repair the piece. It was going to require new claws, as the ring was so old that the claws were all but absent. Abdul told me that the ring would be ready for pick up the following day, which pleased me as well, so I agreed to the terms.

Later that day, in another conversation with Abdul, I learned that Abdul had quoted me a far too low price for the repair. He told me that he and the owner of Petra, Khaled, were going to honor the original quote! I objected and offered to pay the higher price, but they refused my offer, accepting full responsibility, insisting on honoring the original terms. He did not have to do this, as they had not began to work on my ring yet!!! COMPLETE HONOR AND INTEGRITY is what I experienced at the hands of both Khaled and Abdul. Wow!! I can only say that the situation was handled with complete grace and generosity, and at a level not typically experienced in today's world. I am so completely impressed.

Now for the fun part!! My ring looks brand new!! It's gorgeous and I love it!! It looks better than the day I recieved it some several years ago!! I could not be more pleased with the level of craftmanship. The stone was replaced, and the claws rebuilt beautifully. I'll add pictures so that you may see for yourself the master craftmanship they have at Petra. I have found my jewelers and have zero reason to look further in the future.

I recently had some of my jewelry repaired here. Let’s start with how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was! The owner himself kept me informed during the entire process with my jewelry repairs, and also recommended a repair I didn’t even realize I needed on my wedding ring. Even though I dropped off 3 rings with them everything was beautifully fixed and back with me in less than a week! The work I had done!

1. My mom passed away some years ago and I have one of her rings now it had been cut.(unknown reasons) Not only did they repair this ring but they polished and cleaned it to it’s former glory! This ring is probably 30 years old and now looks amazing and fits wonderfully! (This will be the gold ring in the photos) 2)Unfortunately I have lost my dad as well, and he had given a ring to his girlfriend before he had passed. After his passing she gave me that ring. Unfortunately the ring was broken, but instead of having them repair this as a ring I had them turn this ring into a necklace pendant! I absolutely love it! They also polished and cleaned this and it looks amazing!
2. my wedding ring! I was going to just have this cleaned, polished and reshaped. These guys did an amazing job it was covered in scratches and pretty bent up(I am rough with my hands, and never take my rings off) I went to pick it up with my other jewelry and they informed me that the pegs holding my stone in was wore down and my stone had some pretty bad damage to it as well. So they offered to keep ahold of this and repair the pegs and replace my stone! Even with all of that work. I had it back in less than a week! Looking around the store and talking to owner I found out they do all kinds of custom jewelry and repairs. This is literally a one stop shop...

I had such a wonderful experience at Petra Jewelers! From the moment I walked in, the owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They took the time to listen carefully to what I needed and treated my jewelry with such care and respect.

I brought in a few pieces that needed repair, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everything was done flawlessly and returned to me looking better than ever. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations.

What stood out most was the genuine warmth and professionalism of everyone there. It’s rare to find a place that combines top-notch service with such a friendly atmosphere. I left feeling confident, valued, and excited to return for future purchases or repairs.
