My family and I went to this location yesterday and it was ridiculous. I was highly ticked off along with another gentleman that came through the drive thru got out his car and came in because his smoothie tasted like "Water". I don't know WHO these dudes were that was working there yesterday but I know they weren't the crew that I'm used to seeing during the week. I won't speak for all of them that were working on Saturday because I only dealt with two. First it all started after my wife placed our "Pair And Save" order online right before we walked in "which is what we normally order". So we get in there and a few minutes later"My Wife" smoothie was ready, then 15 minutes later our food came out. The issue came in when 'number one' we both had the "Santa Fe Chicken Dilla" and we noticed that they didn't put black beans on NON of our meals and also did NOT put any onions or beans on mine which is what suppose to come on it. PLUS after I patiently waited about another 20 minutes we realized that "The Other" smoothie is never going to show up. Now please note that I did NOT complain about the issue with the "Santa Fe" but I did approach the counter and notified them about us not receiving the other smoothie. At that point they looked confused like no one knew of this smoothie that was ON THE RECEIPT CLEAR AS DAY CALLED "PEANUT BUTTER CUP" SO THEREFORE YOU RECEIVED THE ORDER....... 😌😌😌😌.... Sorry I had a relapse....but anyway......so after this particular person decided to pretend to make the smoothie and purposely mess it up because it was not even drinkable plus he made it a POINT not to add everything in it that I added on. On top of NOT filling the cup up. So I brought it back and returned it to another gentleman that was behind the counter and asked him if he could make me a different one and THIS guy acted like he had an attitude. I usually brag a lot about this location and was looking forward to a great experience yesterday but it was the total opposite to say the least. But again I never been on a Saturday so my guess is that we got treated like crap by the Saturday crew. Oh yeah and let me mention that the "Peanut Butter Cup" was for my 2 year old, she couldn't eat solid food yesterday because of how her stomach was feeling. Myself and a friend went to this location and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. There were 5 people working and each of them looked at us at one point, but didn’t say anything. One person made eye contact, paused and continued serving through the drive-thru. Eventually, we were about to leave when my friend asked if we needed to use the drive-thru as still no one had acknowledged our being there.
Seemingly confused, she asked if we wanted to order something. (Obviously, that’s why we’ve been standing in front of your register for a whole 10 minutes.)
A simple “Hi there, we’ll be right with you.” would have sufficed.
Eventually we ordered and waited an additional 10 minutes only for my friend’s smoothie to be wrong. They took his back and remade it - all the while, I still have not received my smoothie.
Eventually, 5 minutes later, I went up to the counter and noticed my smoothie waiting there on the back counter (probably ready for 15 minutes) and politely asked if it was ready yet. The employee picked up my drink, noticed it was melted, and proceeded to make a new one herself.
While I appreciated that she did this, it simply showed that it should have taken far less for me to receive my drink.
Drive-Thru has priority, so if you’re in a hurry (or just don’t want to wait longer than 10 minutes for a smoothie that takes 2 minutes to make) I strongly encourage you NOT to...

Night crew leaves containers out for good chunks of time.the actual ice filter there is packed with my mold and dust, but they don't wanna pay to get it cleaned with warranty. They just clean the base cooler the ice sits in. They add to much ice in the smoothie or r under doing it. Should be little to nothing left. If it's icy make them remake it. cooperate doesn't care if you ain't making the most money or a man 🙄 the smoothie themselves come with a giant scoop of sugar, and most of our ingredients are sugary concentrates, which news flash they all mix throughout the day because no one tries to be careful. Spoons and utensils usually gave a brownish rust on them because no one scrubs them just rinse and go. The chicken was changed to a cheaper off brand, and there egg was also changed and is a large chunk butter to save money. Long story short save your money and make it at home.
