Which Wich — Restaurant in Tulsa

I would give this place no stars, if I could. I asked for a philly cheese steak sandwich, large. When I got back to work we noticed there was no cheese on the sandwiches. The meat was dry and without cheese they were almost impossible to eat. I called the store up and told them there was no cheese. The person whom I spoke with said, that he remembers putting cheese on it and that it baked into the bread. I opened the sandwich all the way up and, NOPE no cheese. He then offered to make new sandwiches. I said, I was on my lunch break then and there was no way I could possibly return now, could we please do this another day. He stated that they needed the sandwiches back. So, they wanted me to return with the sandwiches so they could add cheese to those sandwiches. Are you kidding me? You stay in business this way? If this was a guest at my hotel, I would be doing everything I could to make that guest happy. Guess some business just don't care about...

Have been a customer of this place for years and they were always great. Had never had any issues but today what I had ordered and what I received were two different things. I went to tell the owner about my issue just so that in hopes they would be able to get the order right the next time I came in as they had just recently changed their bags. No expectation other than I just want my order right next time. The owner was extremely rude, would not accept any fault of what they did, even though he was the one that screwed it up. Kept rudely asking me if I wanted money or another sandwich even though my entire point was all I want next time is what I order. Won't be back to deal with any more little man...

Never order from Uber. I ordered one of their sandwiches ina large size and they literally chopped it into misshapen pieces. One piece was so tiny it was smaller than 3 or so inches and the others weren't even cut down the center. They were like chopped tilting the blade left and right. It showed up a complete mess. Everything spilling out. I called to give them a chance to make it right and the supervisors response was to call me a liar. Why would I take out time in my day to lie about something like this?! I told him if he wouldn't listen to me I would submit a review so here it is. If you aren't actually there to watch you sandwich get made do not eat...
