Wendy's — Restaurant in Tulsa

Do not go to the Wendy’s on Peoria and Pine!! Worse experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s!! I ordered my food online and went through the drive thru. I waited in line for 15 minutes for them to tell me that they cannot check in mobile orders through the drive thru. I had to wait another 15 mins til I could get out of the line. 30 mins I waited in the drive thru line! As I’m driving past the window where you pay, I see an employee eating a frosty!!! I was shocked, she showed no professionalism! I then proceeded slowly to the inside of the restaurant to see if there’s any signage about mobile orders needing to be checked inside and there wasn’t a sign anywhere! Once I’m inside there’s another long line! I go up and talk to the manager about my experience and they said “well we are a new store, We can only check you in inside.” I was not going to be waiting another 30 minutes for my food! I canceled my order and walked out. I would rather drive 15 minutes to the other Wendy’s than to go to this “fine”...

I cannot express my disappointment with this location. I was excited for a brand new Wendy's to open near me but after waiting an hour and getting horrible customer service I will never return to this location. We arrived at the drive thru at around 6:15 with eight or so cars ahead of us and it took almost forty minutes to get to the drive thru window. Then I had to wait and extra five minutes to place my order. I arrived at the window and paid for my order just for them to tell me they don't have the salad I had ordered for my wife. They could have told me at the window they should have told me before I paid and they definitely shouldn't have told me after I paid. They offered me a much cheaper burger and refused to give me a refund. I saw numerous employees standing around and the manager was arguing with the window employee. They somehow managed to make the salad which gave me the impression they didn't want to put the effort to make it. I waited an hour to get a massive headache, don't...

I always use my mobile app to order. I usually eat at a different Wendy's but was close to this location. They literally didn't have any of the items on my order. Apple pecan salad-didnt have it,Cobb Salad they told me they had it but when I got it it was missing half of the toppings that it was supposed to have,paid extra for blue cheese- didn't have it, paid for a cinnabon- didn't have it, paid for a sugar cookie- didn't have it, paid for minute maid fruitpunch for my son- didn't have it... they did offer replacement but, like most people, I do like to get what I pay for.. anyways the employees told me the manager makes the truck order and doesn't order what they need..ps I really wanted at least the crispy onions on the Cobb salad because I didn't actually want that kind of salad in the 1st place and I was really disappointed when...
