100% dissatisfied with customer tonight for simply the reason I order online hours before my pick up which was at 7pm. I even call around 6:35pm to double check to make sure my order would be ready. To make matters worse I ask the lady on the phone should I pay to ensure my order will be ready at 7pm her answer was (NO because if you order online which mean your order will be ready at the time it say it will be). Fast forward I walk in around 7:02pm which mean my order should have been ready. Not true at all because I paid than I hear Nalls has paid now its 7:35, so I was curious and ask the lady what's taking so long she told me the order does not go into rotation until you pay. So whats the purpose to order online if the order not going to be ready at the time also if the lady even confirm the order will be ready. Very dissatisfied with customer and because of that I have miss precious time I suppose to be spending with my family because I'm hosting a watch party which I can not attend right now due to the lies I was told over the phone and in person. The workers at that location should be more honest with customers and not lie about the wait time very very bad...

Today's visit, as I pull up I see a woman taking her bag back into the store I walk in and am behind her, the woman at the front register ask my name I tell her and the woman in front of me says check your food I think I just got your order, we had the same name. I watch the gentleman employee take the bag the woman brought in after he had tipped it and spilled fries from it and he proceeded to just tape the bag up and put it back up for pick up. Knowing already this was my order I said are you going to replace the fries that were dumped out of the bag? To which he replied we are replacing the whole order after he has just put it back up for pick up. Basically long story short they were not going to remake the food after someone took the food out of the store and then brought it back in had I not been there...

The restaurant was filthy, the cook in the back was on his phone while there was a lobby full of people waiting on their orders. Most of which were back to get a corrected order. Every single order up from the time we got there was incorrect in some way shape or form. They ended up forgetting an entire meal because they didnt have the sauces on the order. They handed us a bag of food without this meal just as if it didn't matter because they ran out of those flavors. Once we explained to one of them that we paid for the meal and still expected it with different sauces they said they would make the wings. 45 min later still no wings. Ended up having to get out of character to get attention and get the wings. Not one employee had any integrity so we will...
