Placed order at 8:26pm. At the time I advised the order taker that I'd be paying with a $100 bill. At 8:42pm, my order came out. I didn't receive the food, because the Carhop had to go get change (apparently they are not supposed to leave the food while making change?), at 8:48pm, the Carhop finally returned with our change and food (now 22 minutes later).
All of that would be fine, except, my food was incorrect. My some reason the cook decided to put onions on our Chili Cheese Tots. I pressed the red button again and simply asked for the tots to be remade correctly, not a big deal I thought. The lady on the speaker said she would be right out.
When the young lady came to the car I explained, again, that all we needed was some chili cheese tots without onions. She argued saying we had ordered them that way. I advised her that we had not, and that the screen had reflected the order correctly. The young lady asked for my receipt, and in the process of trying to find it admist all jumble of everyone trying to get their food (that we'd now waited 30 minutes to even get) she got frustrated and said she'd go inside and get one.
Due to her attitude, I told her I would also like JUST the tots refunded, she walked away and yelled over her shoulder "NO". 7 minutes later, she returned with the receipt and said, "I went in and got the receipt since you didn't want to give me yours. We'll have some tots out in a while." Now, in the time it took her to get the receipt (which was unnecessary) she could have made our tots and we could have been on our way.
At this point I told her that I'd be talking to her manager, and as she walked away decided to start cursing about me telling her how to do her job. After 7 more minutes of STILL not getting our tots, I left the stall and went and parked in the drive-thru. Clearly the lady was not going to bring our food and was hoping we'd leave. Magically, as soon as me being in their drive-thru stopped the flow of business the tots magically appeared... not hot and fresh either.

Read moreWe ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 cheese toy and 1 large drink. Had to order the burgers separate because I had 2 coupons for past mistakes. It took 10 minutes just to order because they did not understand. Then they brought the 1st burger right away. We waited 30 minutes for the rest to come out. When it did, they had made 2 reg tots and charged us for them. I told the lady it was wrong and she walked away to another car. Then realized she hadn't even made the drink. I asked if we could at least have the burger. She reluctantly abliged, and took the coupon. Then went inside and told her manager that we were refusing to pay. Next thing I know, Laurie , I think, the manager, comes out and proceeds to tell me that she took my order and I ordered it wrong and she was trying to fix it but we were refusing to pay. He w went on for almost 15 minutes before I finally told her to stop. Either get the food or we were leaving. She had a horrible attitude and was very condescending. This is not the first time but it was definitely the last time. So rediculous that they cannot make a simple order and just apologize and go on. Thank you for the harassment with my disgusting order. She said she made the tots herself and she seemed v weary proud of that. She shouldn't have been. She threw a slice of cheese on them and looked like they went into the microwave to melt it. The tots were horrible and my burger was not fully cooked. DONT EAT...

When I pulled in I realized I would be waiting maybe 10-15 minutes at the most, there was mayhe 5 cars in the parking lot when I pulled up. Once I checked in, I waited like expected and then the computer notified me that my food was on its way out, NOPE!!! I thought to myself to give then time, after waiting another 10 minutes I pushed the button , waited another 10 minutes and no answer. So I called their number that was posted on Google, still no answer then about 5 minutes after I hung up, they finally answered the button call, just to tell me that they were backed up, had no food and that their were alot of orders, by this time I was THE ONLY CAR in the parking , no drive through cars either. Then they proceeded to tell me the food I had ordered wants available and wanted me to replace it with something else, by this time I had been in their parking lot for 45 minutes.
