Burger King — Restaurant in Tupelo

I was at this location on 3-23-18. Around 6:30 pm. Was in line behind a guy in a wheel chair. I saw the manager and a few crew members having what I thought was a quick crew meeting. After standing there for about 4-5 minutes....then the profanities started coming from crew and mgr..then all members in in the grill area all proceeded to come out of the grill area, cussing it was very ugly and very uncomfortable all of the entire staff went outside on the side walk where there was big shouting match loaded with ugly words, mind you the guy in the wheelchair is still waiting for his food . Drive thru was loaded with cars. Very disappointed with this location .....EVERYONE OF THEM SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!ASAP!!.....WILL NEVER RETURN TO...

I haven't had Burger King for about 17 years due to continuously getting horrible results every visit in locations from California, Arizona, and Georgia. I don't know what convinced me to try again, maybe because it is a state I have not tried lol. I don't regret it because it was worth it. I went through the drive thru and ordered the 2 for $5 deal. The voice coming from the order box was very friendly and clear. I had no problems with ordering my food and was quickly served. The order was correct and clearly marked as I had whoppers with and without cheese. Everything tasted good and that familiar charbroiled craving was satisfied. Way to go Tupelo, Mississippi for a job...

The manager was like a Zoo keeper trying to run a professional business with a line of customers to the door . Employees in the back very disrespectful not working with the tall dark bald headed guy . I love buger king but the service is terrible except the cashier. The service by the mall is good but the food is terrible but the food is good at main street . Grown black folks that make me ashame of my race. But maybe if the staff was younger maybe high school students they would be easier to work with but that manager is catching hell and your business is also . I hope I'm not the only one who sees the child play but the blacks don't respect the...
