As for the boots themselves, the quality is truly exceptional. The craftsmanship is evident in every stitch, from the premium leather to the sturdy construction, and my favorite the hybrid soles. They were comfortable right out of the box, with minimal break-in time, and I can already tell they're built to last for years to come. This is the best boot store in the southeast United States! I travel all over for work and have seen a LOT of them. I just bought what I think is my 12th pair of boots from them, all exotics. I drive two hours one way because I know they will have what I want and the price will be great. Even if they don't have what I want they will get it quickly, even doing it multiple times to make sure I am happy with the fit. Any time I have needed anything it was "absolutely, no problem at all" which is refreshing to hear in the world we live in. I was furloughed for a while and didn't go in for about a year. I finally went back and not only did they remember me, they remembered what I like. As soon as I walked in Mike said "hey Chance, good to see you again. I was about to go on a mission trip and needed a good pair of work boots that would be sturdy but would also be comfortable for walking several miles per day. I went to the Shoe and Boot Outlet, told the gentleman behind the counter what I needed. He showed me where to look. I found 3 different pairs from different manufacturers. I asked for a recommendation which the he offered very honestly. I chose based on his recommendation, which by the way, was not the most expensive pair I had chosen.
