Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Tupelo

I was so excited about the new opening here in Tupelo. I waited in line and watched as the lady interacted with the people before me when i got to the front she was looking pass me to the people behind me asking were they interested in a year of free chicken salad. I watched as she patiently dealt with people that didn’t look like me. When I got to the register the young lady just looked she didn’t say may I help you or anything. I never say people are racist or prejudice unjustly because that’s awful but this experience was so disheartening. I’ve been to locations from Carolina to Florida and I just love the chicken salad. I will not patronize this location nor will I tell others to. I will continue to leave for work an hour early to go to the location in Oxford. I sincerely hope no one else has...

Wife and I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and just chicken salad we also ordered the grape salad. The grape salad picture I've see on here didn't match my order. Sad it didn't but it was good. The croissant was a good choice as bread. I forgot to give a picture of our order but I have a receipt. I can share that but maybe not. I didn't know of this place. I don't eat at many food places. I'll eat there again. Gates wants to create fake chicken meat. I Will not eat that kind of meat. They use real chicken they said. These people were so rude when I pick up a catering order. The food was a joke…. So disappointed … loved eating here but will never be back. And the 15 friends I feed with this won’t be back.
