If you like bedbugs and thieves that clean your room general managers that don’t care who has working for them and an all around staff that doesn’t honor it’s Bestwester memberships and point systems then this is the place to be then! I’ve stayed there before if was a better stay then this last one was. So I get there and got into the first room and it appeared as if no one even cleaned it. Went to tell Managment and she pretty much said I was lying about it cause there was no way her lead housekeeper would do that!? And may I remind everyone this is within the first 5 minutes of being there so how and why would I have done that? She wasn’t going to even change our room and told me I wasn’t going to get an upgraded room even if I was going to pay for it? My husband and I stayed the whole week that was all fine until they (later found out that we caught bedbugs) told us we couldn’t extent our stay because all the rooms we booked up. (May I remind you we are platinum members and they’re trying to honor, silver and gold over us) Only to have the staff literally harass us until we finally were rushed out at one point they came in on me while I was using the bathroom. They entered into the room again with a cart for me to again hurry up that they had me as checked out already (and I wasn’t). So as I’m rushing to leave I leave behind my engagement ring and another important ring that had an opal in it. I didn’t realize thjs till several hours later but Still the same day, went back up there and walked inside and ask about them and they told me they told me that they couldn’t disturb the people inside to call back in the morning or come back up there. Well, I did that only to be told to call back again and call back again and call back again. Only to have the lady at the front hang up on me after I did raise my voice because my rings weren’t there when I could’ve gotten them the night of if they were still there! So I hope whoever Is in charge does more than the Staff members and the management who doesn’t seem to care if they have thieves working for them! So I’ve come to the conclusion that the housekeepers are very lazy and dishonest because the same housekeeper that was over that room that was a mess when we were assigned to it when we got there was the same housekeeper that rushed us out of the room we were in a week after we got there so Kind of makes me think that that was the one that was over. My rings being missing. So again, if you like, thieving housekeepers and dishonest staff Rude general management and all around staff that does not honor our point systems and bedbugs which I ended up finding out cause I had to go to the doctor about all the scratching and welts that that that they were bedbugs, and then wherever I Stayed at needed to be alerted immediately !! So maybe if I wouldn’t have gotten Hung up on I could’ve told you that you have bedbugs as well, but you wanna hang up on me! Thanks a lot

This is by far one of the nastiest hotels I’ve stayed in. I would never be back. The hospitality is horrible no greeting upon arrival. Our room hat YT ppl hair all over the counter and sink. The room smells soooooo bad omg! Mold on the ceilings and shower and sink. The shower curtain smelt awful. The floor had a pissy smell. Then I ask the front desk manager to have them to clean my room she states that due to Covid they don’t clean the rooms everyday for guests who stay multiple nights. I told her that the room wasn’t clean in the first place and she proceeded to be snippy and rude regarding the matter instead of just acknowledging my concerns and cleaning the room as asked. I reached out to corporate and they contacted the hotel in which Aubrey another girl at the front desk called me shortly after ensuring me that the room has been clean. The pics below are the room after it had been cleaned 😂. Mind you the hair you see isn’t mine. Does this look clean to you and the hotel hasn’t been there that long for its condition. Room 404! Replacing towels and taking trash isn’t considered clean.

The whole place was dirty and things were broken everywhere. The only good thing I have to say is the staff (Alice and the sweet lady at breakfast) and the location. Other than that I’d recommend staying at the Tru by Hilton right down the street. We should've just stayed there again. Edited- I was never even asked how my stay was. I figured you already knew since we tried to move to rooms and I told my husband that's why I thought you didn't want to ask because you didn't want me to say anything bad with a bunch of people around. But it took most of the day today for my daughter to stop coughing from the mold. She's very sensitive to it.

I wanted to like this place. I really did. My first stay was fine. Rooms are surprisingly nice inside but noisy (I’m sure due in part to the outside individual entrances). Air is loud and fridge didn’t get very cold. But staff was friendly and the price was right. Stayed again later in the week for three days with zero issues. I used my debit card and had one straightforward charge for the three nights total. A little noisy but nobody bothered me (I work nights and sleep during the day ) This week changed everything. I am absolutely traumatized and will be filing reports with the BBB. Let it be known , Sharon the general manager and Kim the main housekeeper are utterly amazing and deserve the world. They tried to fix everything and frankly should work for a nicer place with a decent owner !

I check in Tuesday night and go to work as normal. Verify I’m there for three nights and leave Friday morning. This gets me adequate sleeping during the day. Wednesday I come back, get ready and fall asleep around 9am. Again, I was booked THREE nights so no need to check out and back in and I was covered. Or so I thought. 1115 a man comes banging on my door saying ‘Hello!!! Hello!! It’s checkout time. You need to leave !’ I am disoriented and tired , and freaked out that a random man is knocking on my door. I refuse to open the door because I have no idea what’s going on. And instead I tell him through the door he is mistaken. I do not need to go. I am trying to sleep. He needs to check his records. He continues to pound on the door getting more and more irate and even tries to OPEN the door!!!! Now, I’m being told by numerous staff here and other places that the proper procedure would be to just charge the card another day and go on. But no. He threatened me with being arrested and kicked out like I was a crackhead holding up in there ! I called the front desk shaking and crying. She tells me that perhaps there was a miscommunication but she can definitely let me stay the other two nights and all will be fine. She was sweet but at this point I was freaked out and wanted to go. I pack my bags and go to my car. During this confrontation the housekeeper Kim walked by and saw it all. She called the general manager and they came down to my car to talk to me. My fiancé was on the phone livid (and at this point had called and screamed at this so called owner who harasses women) and eventually they convinced me to stay in order to get some sleep, assuming me the owner wouldn’t be a problem anymore. He walked by with linen and shot me a look as if he was going to murder me ! They carried my things upstairs and told me anything I need I can call them. I got a little more sleep but felt violated , unsafe and scared. I am an educated , hardworking professional person in town for a travel Nurse assignment and absolutely did not deserve the treatment I got from this man

I went to work that night but came back Thursday morning after my sweet fiancé made other arrangements at a much nicer hotel and turned in my key. Spoke with Sharon again who was utterly amazing and professional. But this experience has been the worst thing I have had to deal with while traveling. Hands down

Let’s not mention the FIVE separate charges for all different amounts that don’t even resemble an actual room charge that total almost six nights worth of charges !!! I used my credit card and was told no holds or pre authorizations would be held against in since I used that particular method. But here we are. Waiting for the charge reversals!! It makes no sense and is blatantly theft

My experience at this hotel was terrible!!! Last night me and a few friends stayed at this hotel for a sleepover for my Birthday. AS SOON as we got there I was stopped by the white women at front desk because she wanted to know where I was heading. Not even gonna mention the fact that white people in front of me walked by her and she said NOTHING to them. I informed her that I was going upstairs to my room that my sister held for us and was already at waiting. She made me tel her my relationship with her and her name! Then allowed me to go up. The entire night every time we went somewhere we received dirty looks from her and another man that where working there. Then later on that night we got inside the heated pool and she made it her job to just keep watching us and it was SO Uncomfortable!! We went back upstairs and not even 20 minutes later her and a police officer are knocking on our door telling us we had to go because of the music. Which by the way was loud so I understand the reason behind that. But my problem was that they never gave us a warning. We had 3 complaints but they never let us know until it was time to kick us out. They should’ve gave us some type of heads up or something. So one of my friends went out there to talk to her about that and she agreed to let us stay only because she didn’t inform us on the problem. The rest of the night went smoothly until check out time and there was another women there still giving us dirty looks. I’m not the type of person to pull the race car, but if you aren’t white, this hotel is not for you AT ALL. The hotel was very nice and clean (minus the bathroom) but the employees will make you wanna sleep...
