Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Tupelo

We have been to this buffalo Wild Wings ALOT. We have ALWAYS had good service until last night. Our server was rude, she didn't keep a check on our table. We were out of drink before our food finally showed up (food taking forever wasn't her). Even when walking by the table she didn't ask, not even 1 time if we needed refills. We wound up having to ask for refills. When we did finally ask after our food was delivered and we were partly done, all she brought was 1 water and 1 mountain dew. Never did bring the other 3 guests that were with us refills. When sat and sat and sat waiting for her tk bring those drinks, then we gave up. Started sitting and waiting for out ticket, but had to also get up and ask another waitress for it. After getting it, we waited and waited for her to come back and collect the payment so we could head out....... she didn't. NOW when I'm talking about waiting, I'm not talking about 5 minutes. We were at Buffalo wild wings last night for 3 hrs. Some may think that's not alot, but qe are normally in and out after 1 hr. Finally we took the ticket to the front to try to find someone to check us out and they found her to check us out. I have never left a tip section empty in my life. I always tip well above the norm. You bet your sweet rear I left it empty last night. If I was able to put identifying information in here for them to correct her actions or send her on her way, I would. DO BETTER GIRL!

Service was EXCEPTIONAL!! Our server went above and beyond for us. She was amazing, I wish I could remember her name. The food was hot and cooked to perfection! We will definitely ately be returning to this location...

Don’t waste your time and money on this location if you can help it. First of all, I went in there at 9:00 p.m when there were maybe 10 other people total in the restaurant. We got our drinks and appetizer. Sat around until 9:50. During that time we had been offered no refills and had not even seen our server. Meanwhile, other customers that had arrived after us had already received their food, eaten and left. So finally I went to go find a manager. The male server that I found rolled his eyes and was VERY snotty but went and got a manager. She wasn’t much better. She kept cutting me off, wouldn’t let me explain to her what had happened and finally she just walked away from me! About 3 minutes later our food did arrive butvtjr order was incorrect, but the waitress did not apologize for the mistake. A second manager came to the table to I told him about it very poor service and the snotty, nasty attitude of his staff. He seemed as if he could care less. He made countless excuses and never did offer an apology. He did offer a 10% off coupon after I told him that I wouid never return, as if 50 cents off my next meal would make up for it. Absolutely the worst service I have EVER gotten anywhere hands down. Another time previously I had been in there and the same manager was standing there the entire time watching a foootball game. They don’t care about the customers at this location, or their reputation. This place should be shut down or at the very least get a new staff. Zero...

I’m not usually one to complain but we had the worst experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant tonight in here.

Started off taking 10 minutes to have someone greet us (no big deal) when we’re sat (no exaggeration) it was the dirtiest table AND booth seats. Like overly dirty. The hostess lays out all menus and very obviously slides one over like he’s trying to cover drink rings and crumbs. Then walks off. I picked the menus up and very politely turned around and said “excuse me can we get someone to come clean this table please.” He said “oh yeah I was about to come wipe it off” he clearly had no intentions but ok.

5 minutes later the table is cleaned. I ordered sweet tea for my daughter. She said mama this is nasty. We both tasted it and it was unsweet. No big deal. When the server comes back I kindly say “hey can she get some lemonade or” and before I finish she says “it’s not sweet is it” like ok so you clearly gave her unsweet on purpose thinking she wouldn’t say anything.

15 minutes later we get our appetizer and my daughters lemonade. 25 minutes later another woman (not our serve) comes up to our table giggling and states “she said something happened with y’all’s order so can you tell me again” I said “so it wasn’t ordered?” “Nope” and giggles. I said “we will just go somewhere else” she said “ok” walks off and giggles again. No apology or anything.

I understand mistakes but that was absolutely not necessary and completely disrespectful. We will...
