D'Casa Rancho Grill — Restaurant in Tupelo

My husband and I decided to get fajitas for our employees for lunch today. I called to order fajitas for 4 so I asked for 2 orders of fajitas for 2 but I forgot to specify on the tortillas we wanted so I had to call back a 2nd time. The first time I called I spoke with a gentleman that wasn't friendly but also wasn't rude so that was fine with me. The 2nd time a young lady answered and was very argumentative. I told her I needed 3 orders of corn tortillas and 2 orders of flour fully aware that I would have to pay extra. She just kept saying it doesn't come with that many and you will be charged extra over and over. I told her that was completely fine. I picked it up and get to work and see that I only have 2 orders of corn tortillas. We are running a business so it's hard to just get away sometimes so my husband went to see if he could get the rest of the tortillas. He took with him the 2 orders we had and the receipt that was $70. He got there and she started arguing with him and being very disrespectful. The manager was standing right next to her and did nothing to stop her. No one deserves to be treated this way so we took everything back and got a refund. As someone who has 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry I am incredibly disappointed in not only the customer service but also the quality of the food. It was abundantly clear that the server was not interested in caring for our table and was only interested in us leaving as soon as possible. We were left without service and items such as silverware, refills and other common requests. Then when the entrees were delivered I kindly told the server that I didn’t think that my food was correct. I ordered a dish that I eat frequently, the dish looked as if it had been prepared incorrectly and after tasting it I knew that it was wrong. He was kind and informed another employee, I do not know if this employee was a manager or another server but the unprofessional attitude that he exhibited was unacceptable. Without examining the food or asking for more details on the situation he aggressively approached the table and insisted that the food was correct. After trying to have a civil discussion with the man he continued to raise his voice and draw attention from other tables. Hands down the best Mexican food in the whole area of Tupelo and all its surrounding areas!! I was so happy to have found an authentic Mexican restaurant here as it's my favorite and being from California, I have enough experience in this particular cuisine to be picky lol!! I'm joking, anyone can be picky about anything, it's our natural right and choice to have preferences and mine is Authentic Mexican. Not, oh please no, Not Taco Bell "Mexican", but real, flavorful, spicy, sizzling vegetables kinda Mexican food!! The people are great, food is delicious, and the prices are fair!! The margaritas are absolutely insane and will have you dancing in only a sombrero in no time haha!! Ok, I'm joking again but it's possible though, anything is right?? They have a lunch bar that has everything they offer on the menu available for only a couple of hours, lunch hour Monday through Friday for around $12.99??
