Loaded Nutrition — Restaurant in Tupelo

The drinks were okay. We got two shakes (the Captain crunch and the white chocolate Snickers) and a loaded tea (gummi bear). We thought the shakes would be more like a milkshake and less like a protein shake, but they were DEFINITELY the latter. Not bad, but definitely tasted like protein. The tea was really good though. The business touts everything to be healthy, but when asked why it's healthy, they gave us the rehearsed speech they post on their Facebook about how few calories, carbs, and sugars it has. When I asked the girls making the drinks how it was so low sugar, they said they didn't know what was in their drinks.. only how to make it... they did mention however that they use stevia and/or Splenda to cut down on the sugar. The company doesn't seem to be very transparent in what they sell or even their prices. They ignore questions on social media about pricing, how the drinks have vitamins (what puts them there?) or really any question at all. We realized when we had to "sign in" at the desk what our answers were: Herbalife. And the Herbalife website didn't give us many answers into what we were consuming either, only that all the flavors were premade. And for pricing, if I remember correctly- the loaded teas are $7, and the loaded shakes are $8. If you buy the two together, it's $12. If you buy the combo and check in on Facebook, you save $1. And if you get only a shake, it comes with a free small "herbal tea", which comes in three flavors. We thought the pricing was a little high, but it's advertised as being a meal replacement. Overall we didn't care for the herbal tea, the shakes were only alright (great for a certain niche of customers I'm sure) and the loaded teas were pretty tasty, but we're still not sure where the caffeine, vitamins, and...

I have been craving a loaded tea all morning and finally found a store that was open on Thanksgiving! I was so excited that I drove 30 minutes just to get one. The two girls who were working treated me like I was a complete inconvenience for them! They rushed me through my order first, acted like anything I was asking for was a burden, put sooo much ice in my cup I couldn't close the lid and never mixed my drinks! They didn't even make the drink I asked for and there were chunks in all 3 drinks!! So gritty that I couldn't drink them. The worst experience I've ever had just trying to buy a drink! I guess that's what I get for wanting a tea on a day where the staff clearly didn't want to be there! I've never made a review in my life but that experience was completely...

Very expensive for protein shakes and flavored teas. And the taste is not that great either. Not worth going to if you've had real protein shakes too. You can make your own at home cheaper and better. The teas are watered down to where I don't taste the tea at all. It's masked by the added flavors. They can do better if the menu is more transparent, showing what goes into making the very expensive shakes/teas.

The customer service is another horrible experience. Since the menu was not apparent, we had to ask questions because its our first time. The cashier looked annoyed by my questions. I mean.... c'mon!... that's part of the job.
