Mr. Pickle's Sandwich Shop - Turlock, CA — Restaurant in Turlock

I purchased an order for an event of 50 sandwiches.

This order gave us a credit for 5 free sandwiches in the future.

I am not in Turlock often, so a couple months later when I was coming to Turlock, I took this opportunity to invite some friends for a meal.

When we went to redeem the 5 sandwiches they told us that the system was not accepting the earned credits. It was only crediting two sandwiches.

We showed them the earned credits in the app and they agreed that we had earned the credits and that they should be providing us with all 5. They had already made all 5 sandwiches.

The gal at the counter called a person who was in charge of the earned points. He answered her call but he wasn't willing to update the system so we could have the sandwiches now.

So we asked her if we could just take the sandwiches and just have her leave a note for the person so they could take the credits off later. She said no.

We asked if there was a manager we could talk to and she said she was the manager.

We asked if she could call the franchise owner and she said the franchise owner doesn't answer and wouldn't get back to her anyways.

So we clarified with her that she understood that we had earned the points and that she was willing short us the sandwiches and make us do a return trip so that her owner and points manager wouldn't have to be inconvenienced.

Needless to say we wont be ordering any more events from Mr. Pickles Turlock and will not...

Normally love Mr. Pickles. Today I stopped for lunch to get a sandwich for my daughter and I at 1521 Geer in Turlock. I ordered 2 sandwiches. The "Hangloose" for me and a "Truly Vegan" for my daughter. After I saw your employee cut the "Truly Vegan" with a meat used knife. I asked her to remake it. She went in the back, got a new knife, and the manager. This is where the "manager" told me i need to "tell them about clean knife next time, but they'll got ahead and do it, that way they arent wasting food" i explained to her what "truly vegan" actually means , and that i didnt appreciate the lecture. I will not step into another Mr Pickles again, due to this uneducated, manager that likes to lecture customers. Never again.

Secondly, training your staff as to what "Truly Vegan" means would prevent this from...

They are nice, but always mess something up. We pay extra for things like bacon or avocado, ect., but we are always missing something on the sandwich. I get the same thing everytime, they repeat it and confirm it, but then there's no bacon, or no avocado. Sometimes I do get the bacon and/or avacado (rarely both), but it's 1 piece of bacon or next to no avocado, I mean so little I think they missed it.

Yesterday my bf went and got me my usual on his way home from modesto, it was perfect. Had everything and was honestly picture perfect, but it was from the modesto Mr. Pickles. So if you are gonna spend the money to eat here, go to Modesto. You'll at least get what...
