Checkers — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

So, after the checkers reopened, I went by after work to get something and was told they only take door dash. A couple weeks later, I drive by and see cars in line and decide to try to order again. Success. I went by a couple times later, no problem. Tonight, I get off of work at 11pm and go by and when I pull up to order, I am told they are only doing door dash. I am the only vehicle on the property other than the employees, but they cannot take my order. The new owner needs to put up some sign that says we don't want your business unless you order door dash. I tried using the app a couple weeks ago and followed the sign that said where to go for app orders and door dash. I was completely ignored at that window. I did drive to the other side and got my order though they advertised a glorilla meal, but never have apple pies. The manager that was on duty this morning from 10 something AM has a nasty attitude. The cashier that was on the drive thru he was just as sweet and Polite and very good attitude very professional. I don't see how he worked with her.. Every time I ask a question she's snapping. And she's nasty. Didn't have a Hair net on Answering the Phone with the gloves on and then start back fixing food with the same gloves she touched the phone with. I didn't get no food for myself i had took somebody there to get them something but if I see her there I will not get anything to eat. And she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me. I don't usually write reviews, but this was a terrible experience. We had just gotten to town to visit the University. It was Friday night and we were tired. We went to Checkers -- ordered three combo meals -- two burgers plain and one with no onions. There was only one other car there. We drove up to pay and the cashier looked extremely mad -- not sure why. Then we drove around and waited at least 10-15 minutes for our order. We finally received it and it was mostly wrong. Burgers with everything on them. It was frustrating to be visitors to town, deal with someone who was obviously grumpy and then get food nobody wanted to eat. We had to go to another restaurant.
