Don’t Come Here .. They reuse and steal parts ! I purchased a brand new iphone 14 pro max & I came here for a battery replacement .. when i got my phone back i can tell that my screen was changed … it had lines and it didn’t have the tiny scratch i had in the middle of the screen ! 3 months later my screen blacks out ! so i go to t-mobile and get a new iphone and i try to trade in my old one .. they tell me i can’t because the screen isn’t a original apple screen .. Tuscaloosa wireless was the only place to work on my phone ! they swapped my screen and put a used non apple product on my phone and expect me to keep coming back so they can keep fixing it and stealing parts ! I bought me a new phone and now i have a warranty and insurance on it so i will never have to come here again ! and the guy was rude...

Let's talk about this place real quick. Out of all the place I went in Tuscaloosa, this was the only place that was willing to order my phone screen for me. I have a Honor 7x, so it isn't a common phone and every where else went they were just like nah.. we can't do that. But Tuscaloosa Wireless, they got my screen in no problem. We had some mishaps with my phone, like who orders a budget phone off Amazon? My cheap self, that's who. So it isn't going to be straight forward. But they got through it, no problem. Let me work my phone in front of them so we made sure it worked and thier customer service? I hate that I didn't get any names, but they were all what I aim to be at work every day. Fair price? Check. Great workers? Check. Great customer service? Check. 10/10 would...

Could not have asked for a better experience. Needed two iPhone screens replaced (6 & 7 versions) as well as the battery replaced in the 6. Was greeted when I walked in and attended to right away. They cut me an INCREDIBLE deal due to my having two devices needing repairs. Other phone store said 120 per phone. Paid barely over $60 per phone screen, got my battery replaced As well as two new phone screen protectors and a new phone case. I was in an out in less then a half hour and they were busy! Multiple customers walked in while I waited and all were attended to quickly and efficiently. Will 100% return to this store and reccomend...
