We had a beautiful and stress-free experience at Spiller Furniture while shopping for a king-sized bed and mattress for my teenage son. From the moment we walked in, Mary Beth gave us space to browse without hovering, and was available and kind when we had questions.

When I asked about the price before taxes and delivery, she didn’t guess or pressure—she simply said, “One moment, let me go check.” She came back with an accurate number and gave us space to continue deciding. My son tested 6 or 7 different beds, and no one rushed him. He was asked about his grade, his interests, and was wished well on his upcoming tournament—real human engagement, not performance.

At checkout, I was given a clear line-item invoice, all documents were placed in an envelope, and I was informed that I would receive a follow-up call next week with the delivery ETA and setup confirmation.

They respected our time, our money, and our process.

And the final price? $2,350 out the door—including delivery and tax—for a King bed with six drawers and mattress compared to the $4,400 Ashley Furniture quoted us for a two-drawer king bed and mattress setup with no zero transparency.

Spiller Furniture is celebrating 75 years of service—and based on our visit, I can see why.

While we had cloey as our shopping assistant each time we have been there, everyone else we have come across, which has been around 5 others, has been equally amazing and "normal" as I call it. When I say "normal" what I mean is relaxed yet available, and receptive to what our needs are while being jovial and having fun. We bought all new furniture for our house, and were given quite a few concessions on different pieces that we liked. Bottom line, they work with you on what you want. Exactly the way customer service should be handled. At this point, I feel like Ive known Cloey for years...an old friend. And now that I do know her, Im so happy to know she will be an old friend one day. I don't normally post reviews, but I had to share my wonderful experience with Spiller Furniture. I hadn't made a purchase this size, in seventeen years. I didn't feel pressured like other showrooms I had visited. I was greeted, offered a name, and left to explore. After walking the entire salefloor, I had made a few selections and was then told about the AMAZING special they were running to ring in the new year. I couldn't pass up the deal and it was everything I had been wanting, at sn AMAZING price. The checkout process was smooth and easy. Time for delivery; only 4 days!! The team that arrived was friendly and quick! It's a big deal to make a large purchase. If you're considering a big spend like so, take my word, you WONT be disappointed. I'll be back soon.
