Hi, Moe’s itself is great but the G.M Darius Fowler is terrible. He is very rude and very inconsiderate. He doesn’t do his job as a G.M he’d rather come behind us in the middle of a rush make hisself some food and go sit down and eat like he was doing before without ringing up his order and using his discount like everyone else. He doesn’t really do anything beneficial for the crew he’d rather leave us a list of 20-30 things to do that he “couldn’t” on morning shift because “it was things going on”. He doesn’t even have enough common decency to have to correct size work shirt and he never orders to supplies we need in the store until it runs out and the managers are complaining because we are in a rush. He doesn’t have proper communication skills as G.M he’d rather talk down about you to the managers and tell them you relay the message to you and let’s not talk about scheduling. He take vacations when he wants but you notify weeks in advance about your schedule and the days you can’t work he doesn’t care. He NEVER does the schedule correctly!!!!!! Instead he updates it in the middle of the week and you aren’t properly notified unless YOU look in the GroupMe and if you don’t operate on the updated schedule because you weren’t notified he’s upset with you and cuts your hours. Or he messes up the schedule over and over again and waits later in the day to say anything and he wants to call someone in EVERYDAY and gets upset when you don’t come in because of HIS NEGLIGENCE when it comes to the schedule. So morally, Darius Fowler is a terrible G.M and i do no recommend him for ANY managerial position. (p.s these images are the proof of what i’m saying the problems are)

Fair warning provided for free: This store has a NEW policy where employees are only allowed to give customers ONE scoop of chips. As a customer of Moes for over 15 years, it is very disappointing to be able to count the amount of chips I received on two hands. The pictures attached depict TWO scoops of chips which is less than 1/3 of the bag fyi. Moes is literally known for giving a bag FULL of chips with meals purchased. I didn’t pay $20+ for half a meal. Going to an actual Mexican restaurant will probably give you more bang for your buck because you gets bowls of chips for free :). Also, only having ONE person serve food AND ring up customers leaves employees up for berating by customers. It’s definitely NOT the minimum wage worker’s fault….This store seems to care more about $$ than fair treatment of customers AND employees. Most likely will not be coming back any time soon. And others are probably the same because several customers left from the LONG wait. I hope this store does better in the future.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! The service is terrible! My boyfriend went to pick up an online order and waited 15 minutes in an empty store. The staff is always rude and unwelcoming. I paid about $16 for this sad and mostly empty burrito bowl. I have never had this problem at a Moe’s location and am not one to leave reviews but this is unacceptable. I would 100% not recommend this location to anyone unless they want to get treated like a problem and also not get what they paid for. I worked in food service for many years and this kind of poor service makes me realize how customers become so disgruntled - if this is the experience they routinely have, I don’t blame them.

I am in all transparency pissed to even have to be writing this review. I feel it is quite necessary to voice my concerns and complaints when it comes to the blatant disrespect, lack of hospitality and overall laziness of Employee Aiyanna Brown. When I think of Moe's I think of exceptional customer service and over the top hospitality. That is not what I received at all when I came in on yesterday April 3, 2024. Upon entering the restaurant, I was not greeted at all instead I got rude stares. After standing in line for quite some time the only thing she said was what can I get started for you in a rude tone. I then proceeded to follow up with my order which was as follows: 3 taco kits. 2 with beef and the last with white meat chicken. Before I finished stating what I wanted to order Aiyanna not only cut me off, but she over spoke to me while I was talking by saying "we don't take taco kit orders in person, there is a sign in the window that states that. We need time to make the order". Let me add that there were only 3 other customers in the restaurant at that time. I proceeded to tell her that I tried calling the store phone to place the order but no answer. I even called the exact number back and spoke with someone in catering who referred me back to the store. At this point I was very upset because not only was she rude, but she showed no empathy to a paying customer who was paying over 100.00 dollars for a very important event. I then stepped outside to contact the manager Darius who waisted no time to come to the store to address the situation. He let me know that I am able to make a large order in store. I then walked back into the store politely and advised a guy named Josh that I had spoken to the manager who said it was ok for me to place the order Josh was very polite and understanding of my frustration. He then proceeded to tell Aiyanna that the manager Darius said it was ok for me to make the order. She loudly responded in an unpleasant tone " well if he wants her to make the order he gonna have to come make it himself." Really is that how you talk to a paying customer. I ignored her statement because at this point, she was trying to make a scene and me personally, I don't need to be loud to get a point across. I walked down to the end of the register where there was another lady who name I did not get but I am certain you know your employees, so this is how she appeared: she had dreads and was heavy set, had a dark complexion and a manly demeanor. I asked her to ring me up so they can go ahead and prepare my order, before she had the chance to answer or respond to me Aiyanna rushed to the end of the register and told me that she was the shift lead and did not know how to ring up any taco kits. It was given she did not want to ring it up not she didn't know how. Once THE REAL MANAGER not the pretend "shift manager" arrived he immediately took my order and had his employees began to make my large order which by that time I was late for a very important event. I verified with the manager that she said she did not know how to ring up a taco kit which was confirmed that she blatantly lied to a paying customers face. Aiyanna either needs to get fired or she needs to be re-trained because she lacks customer service, accountability and overall empathy. You NEVER turn away a paying customer. I want to thank Josh for showing empathy and being kind when he saw my frustration and Darius for his resolution in a timely manner. Maybe Josh should be the manager because he treats customers way kinder then the "pretend shift...

This place was ABSOLUTELY GROSS!! im sorry, but everything was just nasty. From the walls to the coke machines, to the area where the workers make ur food!! Especially all the machines and the area where the food was kept.. i actually seen a worker with his gloves on, wipe off sauce or something from the assembly line area where they put the ingredients on ur bowl or burrito, ect. Then he attempted to wipe it off on his dirty apron which did not look like itd been washed either.. then reached for my daughters tortilla to assemble .. after that, things just went downhill from there.. food was COLD, like the queso was what warmed up my bowl of rice and chicken and cheese. The chkn was ice cold! THE coke machine and entire area where u get salsas, and ur lids, forks, napkins ect was just grimey! With a layer of greasey fingerprints and just "yuck"on it all.. (looked as if itd not been wiped down in MONTHS) If things woulda been cleaner and food woulda at least been room temperature i may not have said a word.. buut this was a TERRIBLE experience.. very disappointed 1st trip to Moes and LAST to that location. Maybe my family and i will try another location in the future bc the food woulda been really good if the circumstances...
