Visited this location because I love Subway and had a taste for a sub. I’m from out of town, so maybe the sandwich artist/ cashier knew my face wasn’t familiar, but he completely took advantage of me. He took a tip without my permission. I did not agree to leave a tip! I actually came in using a coupon to save money; wasn’t lookin to tip today. Rather than to confront them, I just want to warn others. Check your receipt. This was so dishonest and I’m surprised.

Absolutely THE worst subway Ive been to in Tuscaloosa. Tonight was my first time ever visiting this location and it will forever be my last! The food is horrible and the attitude is just as bad and rude. I hope they improve on customer service because it is absolutely missing.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD AT A SUBWAY!! THE BAR WAS SO DIRTY AND OUT OF ORDER! I ALMOST WALKED OUT AS SOON AS I GOT THERE! THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY I'VE EVER BEEN TO! HANDS DOWN!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NONE-EXISTENT, ALTHOUGH, I DON'T BLAME THE TEAM MEMBERS AS MUCH AS I BLAME MANAGEMENT!! TRAIN THESE PEOPLE RIGHT AND CLEAN THIS PLACE UP!!! I WILL BE LEAVING A REVIEW ON A MORE LARGER SCALE! JUST SHAMEFUL!!!

Placed an online order and got more bread than anything else I added to my sub. I opened my sandwich up and there were literally 3 small pieces of chicken on 6 inches of my sub; I’m quite sure normally they use 2 of the chicken containers when making a foot long but obviously this time they only used one I guess due to the fact that it was placed online.
