This used to be the go to chicken place for our family but lately its really gone downhill in quality. Order comes out wrong every single time. Need sauce? They'll forget it. Dont want coleslaw and want extra fries? They'll screw that up too. The service was slow, line wasnt even long! There were only three or four people in the lobby but they are so concerned with filling online pickups and Door dash that they neglect to take patrons orders inside the restaurant. Prepare to be ignored for at least the bare minimum of fifteen minutes or longer at the front. Ordered a salad for delivery. Half way through eating I found a large bird feather in it and got sick. I called they offered me to bring it back for another salad. It took me 3 days to get through to corporate office. I finally had someone call me back and offered me gift certificates. When I told her I was calling the health’s department too she said she had to end the call and refer to corporate department that dealt with legal investigations and asked me to send pictures for them to look at the. Easily in my top 5 favorite fastfood places!!!! 💯The family meal deal is what we get every time and LOVE it!!! So much food and easily feeds our family of 4 and most the time enough to put in lunch for next day too!!! We literally ate at zaxbys 4 times last week and could eat there every day!!!
