Order #6876 on 7/12/23 at 5:40PM. I ordered over $30 of food in the drivethrough for myself and my family. I paid with cash. The woman working the cash area of the drivethrough sighed and rolled her eyes when I apologized for handing her $10 in $1 bills (I am a server, this is how I receive all of my money). She did not give me my coin change and the line was moving forward. I continued with the car line without asking for my change because she had already embarrassed me while paying and I did not want to create another anxiety inducing situation. When it was time to receive my order, I was pushed down further to the hand off zone at the end of the drivethru. The young girl handed me my order and I asked her if we could have some more sauce because I did not see it on top of the bag. When she walked back to the window, I looked in my bag and realized my order had 0 sauces of the 8 requested sauces in the bag. She returned to my car with only 2 sauces, so I asked again for more while apologizing that my order did not receive any sauces. This time she returned with none and explained her manager needed me to pay for them. I ordered over $30 worth of food and each meal is guaranteed at least one sauce- why was the manager insisting I pay MORE when I havenāt gotten what I already paid for? This went back and forth, but I gave up after the young girl walked to the window for sauces a third time because it was not her fault- the manager made her the messenger. This entire ordeal gave me a panic attack, I had to pull over in the neighboring parking lot to calm down so I could drive home. Iāve never had a bad experience at Chick-Fil-a and Iāve never been refused the sauces included in my order, especially not an order as large as this one. It feels silly writing a review for sauce and some coins, but I love Chick-fil-A and I have never felt disrespected or unsatisfied at this business until today. Ā Ā Ā Read moreOk so to start off how about I was denied ordering pickles on the side, even though I was willing to pay for them I was flat out told no! So I talked to the director named Phillip at this location he told me he would have to go talk to the owner who was at the establishment the day of the incident, once he came back from speaking to the owner we came to the agreement that I could start getting pickles with my order and he handed me a side order of pickles and told me that from now on just to tell them Phillip said it was ok to get pickles on the side, now mind you I record all of my conversations for instances just like this one. And I get it āITS JUST PICKLESā but thatās not the point of it!
So Iāve returned a few time since then and they have messed up my order every time well today was the last straw. I had to return this morning due to them messing up my order and I had a 10 piece chick mini and I asked for pickles on them. I received my food and there were no pickles, so I pulled up to the window and told them that the had not given me my pickles they hand me a huge container with 3 small pickles in them for a 10ct chick mini.
Iām furious at this point!!!
And I will be talking to the owner about this and if nothings done then Iāll go to whomever I have to all the way up to Kay Ivey if I have too!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am writing to express my concern regarding my recent visit. Each time I request a drink carrier, I am met with unnecessary attitude, but todayās experience was particularly disappointing.
I had four drinks with my order and politely asked for a drink carrier. The employee at the counter responded with rudeness and inappropriate behavior, expressing visible frustration at my request. Additionally, the coffee I ordered was not ready with the rest of the drinks. Another employee, who was courteous and professional, handed me the coffee separately. As I waited for the remainder of my drinks, the initial employee returned and, with a clear attitude, stated, āShe was going to put the coffee in the carrier, she was going to put the coffee in the carrier!ā She continued in an unprofessional tone, adding, āShe didnāt know you had other drinks!ā
After pulling away from the window, the polite employee ran out to hand me an item that had been left off my order ā another mistake made by the employee who was rude earlier.
It is incredibly frustrating that something as simple and reasonable as requesting a drink carrier is met with such resistance and disrespect. This behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed to ensure a better customer experience moving forward.
