I live pretty close to this McDonalds so we get it from this location often however, every single time my family orders something from this place they either botch the order or just forget some of the ordered items. Today we stopped by and ordered some food, this time they did pretty well and only forgot our chicken nuggets. So like a reasonable person my mother takes the bags back into McDonalds and tells them the flaw in their order. My mom talked to some employee at the counter about it and they go to get the nuggets, however another employee made a comment to the first employee saying something along the lines of "they probably just lied to get free nuggets." This seems like the employee just thinks everyone is petty and poor, we bought several items with the nuggets why would we lie over just 6 nuggets lol, besides its very well known that fast food restaurants get their orders wrong all the time. So when you know that your service is bad why would just assume we lied even when we paid wayyy more than that for the full meal. This single employee doesn't reflect the entire McDonalds but it deffinently made the annoying experience of fast food even worse than usual, hell it made me wanna write this just to share this experience and hopefully help the employee learn to keep comments to themselves especially when they are...
Read moreThis McDonald's gets NO stars but their system made me pick 1! 3 cars drove off while we waited for our food ((2 fish sandwiches, 1 root beer float & 1 oreo shake)) A female employee came to the window ((about 10 minutes later)) to take our money and then she walked away. It was 8 minutes later and she came back and handed our drinks to us, I a drink carrier, and it was dripping soda. I asked for napkins and never received them. I asked if our food was ready and she said no. It's now 23 minutes since we ordered our food, 3 other cars drove off so I asked for a refund. The manager was a complete asshat & could care less PLUS he gave me back the wrong amount so I had to go back. He handed me the difference and said he "didn't care" when I told him I'd be filing a formal complaint. We will never be back and yes I've told everyone about our experience. Read moreThey decided that they matter more than the customer by shutting down 10 minutes before closing and then try and say its a staff issue as I pull around and your literally serving someone in the window. This isn't the first time it's happened either. It's not cool that I waste my time driving to your restaurant when everything is about to close. I had to speed over to other mcdonalds that gladly took my order, a minute before closing and their ice cream machine wasn't broken, and they even had an 8 minute wait time on the chicken sandwiches we wanted which they said was no problem for them.
