Papa Kelsey's — Restaurant in Twin Falls

Tried to get our order correct twice and still couldn't manage it . We ordered delivery for this heavily priced food because our family is new to the area and wanted to try it . A few key points is I was texted to confirm the order when the order showed up it was missing more than half of what we ordered so we called they seemed ok to help us and we asked for it to be redelivered as we paid for that and our order was missing and wrong . So they agreed takes a while to get here finally does . First thing I notice is the gal dropping it off is wearing real short shorts I get it's hot but this is a buisness delivering pizzas. I thought among the missing order this doesn't seem like a very professional buisness. She tells me how they upgraded a drink and I thank her and pull in the food and wouldn't you know it food is still missing and wrong again ! We don't even bother saying anything else at this point just laugh and collect our losses .Lol this food also tasted like maybe a step up from boxed pizza no seasoning , sweet sauce and I guess cheese to cover the blasphemy what should be pizza hidden under it. Don't go off the pictures on the website because you won't be getting that . I'm disspointed we wasted family nights take out on this and will definitely not be eating here again not only for the service but the lack of regard and unprofessional atmosphere and gross food . That's a no from us boss . Better off...

I went to pick up a couple sandwiches, one steak and on meatball. I've been there a couple of times before and always bought myself the meatball. This time, I get it home and there are peppercinis on my meatball with sausage too. YUCK!! WHO EATS PEPPERCINIS ON A MEATBALL SANDWICH? Definitely NOT me. I called and spoke to some woman who I guess was the Manager. She's kept talking over me, wouldn't listen and had no empathy at all. She was rude and inattentive and kept telling me that she couldn't hear me. That's because she kept talking over me. Terrible customer service. I've never gotten peppercinis on that sandwich when I've ordered it. NEVER! She tried to tell me that the meatball comes with them. NO it doesn't. I think they sold that place to someone else because the Owner that I've met in the past was super nice and he always made my meatball sandwich for me. I don't recommend this place to anyone and I think I will just go to Subway for my meatball sandwich from now on. No one eats peppercinis on a meatball. They're overthinking it! It's pretty simple to me. She gave me a credit for another meatball sandwich. NO THANKS! I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM NOW ON. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...

I placed my order online went to pick it up and was informed that there were no more cinnamon rolls. Not a problem. So the cashier tried taking off the cinnamon roll and didn't know how so I told her I would just take a salad that was similar in price. No big deal. So she said okay the Italian salad is only 20 cents more okay great! So she said she cancelled the first transaction with the cinnamon roll and rerang it up with the salad. My debit card got charged twice and my new total was $1.66 more than my online total for a salad with 20 cent difference. When I got home my Italian salad was not that great. A container full of lettuce and 3 pepperonis and a half a dozen croutons. Never had any issues with them before but this time it was bad.

I've called at least 5 times since Saturday when both payments were processed and I keep getting told "the manager will be in on Monday morning" "the manager will be in at 11am" "the manager comes in between 11am and 2pm so it will probably be closer to 12pm"....
